Easy and nearly fool proof application
I have used this product a few times now and I have to say it is the best. I paid so much more at the salon for LESS of a result than I got with this product. My last application did not go so well, but that was my fault and not the product, and if the product has been less quality, my results would have been much worse! If you have ever used a box hair dye before, then you are already mostly acquainted with how to use this product. It works just like any of the high quality brand hair dyes. Just as easy to use.If you have medium or thicker hair, I recommend more than one box. My hair is only just starting to touch my shoulders and 1 box barely was enough. (I got in trouble last time, because I bleached out a stripe of my friends hair first, and didn't really have quite enough for all of mine.Start with this product, finish with this product. Don't be an idiot like I was and think Splat in the mean time will do the trick! BIG MISTAKE! DO NOT USE SPLAT BLEACH KIT! IT IS HORRIBLY OVERRATED.I will say that going from dark brown hair to platinum silver hair has taken a few steps, and I am nearly there. My goal is to get a nice ombre between my natural dark roots to the pale platinum silver. Nearly there. Next stop is a good purple toning shampoo!10/10 WILL buy again and again and recommend to everyone looking to go down the same path. And at a fraction of the cost of any salon for this look.

Natural black hair... Nope...Results-dk brown, wine, orange
DO STRAND TEST FIRST. I have natural BLACK straight thick hair with slight wave. I'm almost retired, mixed race (latin, asian, white). This info might help others for hair type, porous & texture). I'm hoping the photo I uploaded is clear for viewers. I couldn't find too many that were clear enough for me. It might be time consuming & cumbersome but worth it to do strand tests. You can get a better idea of what works best for you. From right to left.. This is my natural black hair. Next is the results of 30 min. ... Next is for 45 minutes. The "45 min" strand was a thicker amount. Therefore after the results (rinsed & dried), I split it and used half (of the pretreated 45min strand) to treat with L'oreal B61 (downtown brown) multi-faceted shimmering for dark hair. (SIDE NOTE: I strand tested using this L'oreal B61 "alone" & it had ZERO effect on my hair..my hair remained black) But as you can see with the Far LEFT end strand test in the photo.. the results are the lightest. As for hair texture. There was only a slight difference in the semi-dry feel that comes with bleach treated feel. It graduate from not much of a difference to my natural hair softness to a slight a semi-soft. Not as bad as I expected.I'm thankful that the product is not as damaging to my hair as some bleaches are. It's still soft. I realize the box shows results of Medium Brown hair becoming blonde. But disappointing that it did not lighten it a little more with my natural black with mixed dark brown strands. In different lights the results of the 45 & 30 minute lean towards orange/rust shade. The 30 actually changes according to lighting to a sort of wine shade. The results of the two step treatment (some won't recommend) of this product, followed with Loreal Shimmer came out to be closer to my desired look.I hope my review helps. :-)

Great result!
I expected something worse and even more yellow. But as I remember getting my hair dying blond in salon turned the same as I did it myself using just two products. The cost is about 40+ instead of 350. Definitely worth it. My hair is silky and smooth after, what I really didn’t expect to have after bleaching itP.SI did full head bleaching, took me 2 packs of bleach for my length. The result is orange even after using a toner, but the same results I was getting at the salon so in order to get platinum blonde bleach twice :) and but also a special hair dye kit with a brush, coz in other case you’ll be all in spots.

Five Stars
Always lightens my medium brown hair to a nice white. It takes 2 boxes, one to get it to a light orange/peach and another to get it white. Does dry my hair out and cause damage with too many uses.

*STAY AWAY FROM THIS KIT*
I should have researched the product more but I saw it had mostly positive on Amazon so I figured it was good. I was very wrong. For reference, I have medium brown, shoulder length hair.Let’s break the kit down:The bleach itself:The bleach was very weak and only lightened my roots even though I had caked it on my entire head. It was blotchy in parts and was very inconsistent throughout the rest of my hair. However when it did lighten my roots, it left it a very orangey color in the parts that it managed to lighten. The conditioner:The conditioner is supposed to remove any brazzyness from the bleaching. The conditioner did absolutely nothing. I used the entire tube and it didn’t help at all.The instructions:It says to leave it in for 40 - 60 minutes. Me having darker hair left it in for 60. After 60 minutes, it become a chunky and crusty paste. I didn’t want to leave it in longer because I wanted to follow the instructions exactly. So I washed it out, following every instruction, and it barely did anything to my hair besides the roots, it left a nice bright orange color there. To sum it up, stay away from this bleach. And always research your products before you buy them on other sites.
