Handy, compact resource.
Very nice combination of climbing knots, organized in a way that steps you through to more intricate knots that use the ones at the beginning. Because it is riveted together the entire set of cards must be flipped when looking at the "next page" of knots. This was annoying at first, then it became apparent that this rivet system added durability to the card bundle. If you are a beginner, seek some training from a reputable and experienced climber/rescuer before doing any climbing on your own. Now that the disclaimer is out of the way, these cards include a brief description of what they are useful for as well as limitations of the knot. There are better ways to tie some of these knots, but these instructions are easy to follow so you can be sure it is correct and won't fail on you.

Knots, Knots, and how to make more Knots
This is absolutely fantastic. I have this clipped onto my ten essentials day pack and routinely practice knots. I love the instructions and the size. The item is great for learning or refreshing so that if you forget a step, this portable waterproof flash card set is awesome. Yes, you can use your phone if you have service…but some adventures take you away from service and this works perfectly for that!

Not bad...
This is a decent quick reference guide, the cards appear to be durable, but they're nothing to write home about. They are small (and are supposed to be) so if you're over 40 like me, you'll need reading glasses to use them most likely. If you're a beginning climber and just "learning the ropes" I suggest you start with the book Knots At Work by Jeff Jepson. Practice and memorize the key climbing knots first and keep this clipped on your gear bag or saddle as a refresher only. This is not a primary or comprehensive reference source.

Handy little reference to tie on your climbing harness in the field.
This is a handy little guy to have with you when you're new at knots and setting top ropes. Like flash cards for climbers. ;-)

Great refresher and fun to learn
This has 19 knots, each with several nice illustrations showing how to tie it. There are pictures at each major step so I can easily check if I'm doing it right. Each knot has a short description about common usage, which is a handy way to jog my memory from reading Freedom of the Hills. I love that book, but I don't want to carry it up the climb.Well-printed on sturdy plastic, they seem a little more durable than other outdoor knot cards I've seen, and I like that they're climbing-specific. Those are the only knots I care about having on my harness.Overall a very cool product that I'll be keeping with me so I feel confident about what I'm hanging on!

Some repetition, missing some good knots
The scope of these cards is limited to the knots themselves. They talk very little about application and have zero discussion of anchor building. That's too bad because climbing knots are relatively simple but even quads and two-point sport anchors have a lot going on.What's in here:overhand, overhand on a bight, double overhand, fisherman's knot, flat overhand, water knot (so 6/19 knots in here are the overhand knot)Figure 8, figure 8 follow through (the one the gym teaches you to use to tie in), figure 8 bunny ears, figure 8 on a bight (kind of, it's just a double eight if you're not tying it around a harness). So 4 knots are the Figure 8.Munter Hitch, Clove Hitch, Girth HitchPrusik, Autoblock, Klemheist, Bachmann. So 4 Prusik variations.Double Bowline, Alpine ButterflyNo directional figure eight on a bight, no BHK.The presentation is alright, and maybe this is the right way to handle all the variations of the same couple knots that show up in climbing. I just think there's room for a much better product here.

Size is carryable, very sturdy laminate.
These are perfect. I really like the size. They are about 2.5 x3.5 .the size does not make them hard to read though. I also really like the steel cable ring to attach with. ( Going on my seat harness). Even though I was a boyscout, now 59 years old,and not afraid to admit that these will get used. I've been climbing trees for 35 years but never professionally and having these will assure I use the correct knot for the application. I have been corrected before mainly because I don't climb all the time. Oh yes,and getting old.
