I’m almost a year post-op from Chiari malformation decompression surgery and started using this half-round foam roller as part of my at-home physical therapy. Bought this bc I was looking for something to help prop my ankle for Bulgarian split squats on the box. I have to say- look at the measurements before you commit. This came in a cute little small box and it was cute and small pit of the box. Now it is very functional but not for my ankle for the split squats. I just use it for other things now. It’s firm, super light weight. Anything I’ve bought from this brand is the best. I always recommend any of their home workout gear to everyone who asks me where they can get quality for the best price.

Is what it says it is. However it is rock hard. Yes it says it is extra firm foam. But this is harder than packing foam; absolutely NO give to it at all. I will keep it as some exercises can be done, but I can't imagine laying on top of it.

Its a hard roller foam product and it won't go flat. It quality is worth it and the size is perfect for my feet especially when doing my feet stretchys. It is firm material and the color , my satisy. the density perfect. i bought this to do my foot exercise after my surgery and this is my at home therapy. I highly recommed this product. It will stretchy your feet. love it.

Does the job to lift or set a limb on. Sturdy enough for stretching your back on as well.

Bought this after being in physical therapy and my therapist recommended. I did buy the 18 inch and ended up returning it for the 36 inch. highly recommend for stretches at home or the gym.

Very small. A loaf of bread would be bigger. Highest point is maybe 3-4 inches.
