Goverre a GLASS, Modern Classic Portable Stemless Wine Glass Tumbler with Silicone Sleeve (Turquoise)

I got this as a Christmas gift for my mom, who loves her wine but is a tad clumsy and would often spill. I considered getting one of those plastic wine sippy cups, but I read in the reviews that a lot of people had problems with droplets of red wine (or water when they washed it) getting between the layers of plastic and there was no way to clean them out. Plus this one is way nicer - feels like a normal wine glass rather than a child's sippy cup. It is very well made, and I think the thick glass will hold up well, even for my clumsy mom! I really like the outer cover -- it gives it a pretty pop of color, and is rubbery so it helps prevent the glass from slipping out of your hand. And if you drink a cold beverage, would prevent your hand from getting cold and wet with condensation. My mom has had it for about a month now, and only drinks red wine and there are no issues with it staining the white glass or anything. I was worried when I read some people's reviews that the rubbery outside part had a weird smell, but I did not have that issue at all. It also arrived sooner than I was originally quoted, so that was a plus! Overall, very happy with my purchase!

I bought this for my wife. We thought it would be a great product but it leaks around the lid seal. It’s basically a dribble cup.UPDATE : contacted Goverre and explained my issue. They suggested that it may be a faulty lid and shipped me an entire new glass no questions asked. The new glass works perfectly. Great customer service and a great product.

Works well as described. I think they are overpriced but I bought them as a gift. I would just never spend that much on them for myself. Great gift though

Lasted about 4 months although it was only used a few times. Mine did not leak. Actually worked as advertised right up until now. Put it in the DW and out came a fractured glass. (Top rack in a Bosch DW - there is no drying/heating element in this DW's interior) The glass is still intact inside the silicon sleeve but has multiple cracks throughout. A proper squeeze will finish it off. It will clearly not hold wine anymore. FWIW - We run Riedel stems through this same DW daily - never a problem.Update - just spoke to GOVERRE CS and they are taking care of it. The quick response and dedication to stand behind the product is refreshing. We really do enjoy these tumblers. Perfect for when we're out and about in the neighborhood.

After two separate incidents of red wine all over my white carpet, I went looking for a solution. I found a few options with lids, but none were glass. Stainless steel changes the presentation of wine, and I just couldn’t bring myself to do plastic. Then I found GoVerre. I was drawn in by the glass and the silicone covers. I was concerned about the reviews stating it wasn’t leak proof, it to be honest, I don’t want to drink wine from a leak proof glass. Wine needs to breathe. I want to drink wine from a glass that mitigates my clumsiness while still allowing me to enjoy the wine. GoVerre fits my need! Is it leak proof if you turn it upside down and shake it? No, especially if you’ve taken a drink out of it. But does it keep most of the liquid in if you happen to knock it over on your white carpet? YES. I love mine and I’m ordering more.

This is such a cute little glass to take on the go. The fact that is is glass, rather than plastic or Yeti type stainless steel, works much better for wine. I wish it kept the wine a tad cooler for longer periods, but it definitely keeps it at a better temp than if in a plastic or regular wine glass. The herringbone pattern makes it a great accessory. Great gift for girlfriends and moms who like wine?

It does seal well when it is closed, although it can take a bit of strength. But the description "adult sippy cup" is completely wrong. A sippy cup is something that does not leak if it falls over, but fluid comes out when you suck on it without making any changes in the cup. That is definitely not the case. You have to twist it open to drink from the hole, which means it will spill if it falls over. But at least since it's a small hole, it will not spill a lot. Once you have had a sip from it and lock it, the little bit of wine between the opening and lid will leak out if you turn it over, so prepare for that if you want to shove it in a bag after you're done. When you don't care about a spill and want the experience of a glass, remove the whole lid. I bought one for a friend too and we've taken it on picnics. It's nice.

Excellent item and fabulous colour! Super functional without the stem and with having the lid! Can’t wait to use my new wine glass!

I bought one of these for my white wine loving bride. She's tickled pink with it! Premium quality materials, lid closes firmly and has quality feel all around. Pricey but a nice indulgence.

We liked the design of the glass, it's lovely and stylish. However it leaks! It was expensive so didn't meet my expectations. I was disappointed as it was a gift for my daughter to use in the bathtub. She wasn't happy when red wine ran down her chin and into the tub.

This is a nice wine glass for travel or for just outdoors. A bit on the pricey side though
