I bought this skillet to replace our old one that was probably literally from the 70's. Every time I washed it and needed to scrub it (nearly every time since it didn't have a non-stick surface) the run off would be tinged a dark grey. I'm thinking it's a layer of metal and that can't be too good for me.This skillet has been a really good replacement and I love it. I have a family of five to cook for and rather than heating up the whole house I use smaller appliances. The skillet is a good size for the larger dishes I need to cook and I appreciate the sturdy double handles that don't get hot during cooking. It's look is quite modern in a retro kind of way and combined with the glass lid it will look nice as a serving dish on the table as well. The price made it a no brainer to at least try it out.First thing I made was chicken stir fry. The warm up was quick and the heat was even, I didn't need to move the chicken around to different areas to make sure it was all cooked well. The veggies moved around like butter. I love the keep it warm temperature setting since stir fry can get cold quickly. My kids fed themselves in shifts like they do so often in the summer making me a happy momma.The clean up was easy. I usually prefer all of my pots and pans be dishwasher safe (I'm a busy mom who doesn't want to do a lot of hand washing) however I decided it might be ok this time since it was non-stick. And I was right! The ceramic non-stick coating meant the gristle from the chicken cleaned up quick and easy. Nothing stuck to the pan, no Brillo pads needed. From start to finish dinner was quick and good which is exactly what I need.While I really like the two big handles they can get splattered by the food and be a little messy to handle, really only an issue if you are using on the table for serving so it is a very small con. I will update later if I change my mind otherwise this was a very good and useful purchase for me. Tonight I will use it to make skillet lemon dill chicken thighs - yum! Will update if it ends up being a bummer of a purchase a little down the road.

This electric skillet was a perfect find and right on the money. It's easy to clean and the see through glas lid is great. My last one didn't have that. I look forward to doing lots of cooking in it so I don't have to turn on the entire stove or oven and heat up my whole house for a meal.

I would recommend this electric skillet to anyone, most especially to people with disabilities.I'm disabled myself, and this skillet has made it possible for me to cook again. I can sit at my kitchen table instead of standing at a stove (which is very painful for me).I can pretty much cook anything in this skillet that I can on a stove. Soup, noodles, eggs, toast bread, meat, hamburgers, vegetables, you name it, you can cook it.It's so easy to clean. Just take a rag right after you're done with it and wipe up the schmutz. It kinda works like a cast iron pan.It's really good for keeping your food warm as well.The temperature dial is easily accessible and visible.Overall, it will make cooking much easier and enjoyable.

This is a great cooking pan. Uniform heat and lots of space to move the chicken strips around. Great for one-dish meals and space to feed a family. Nice looking and easy clean-up. The only thing negative is the thermometer is hard to see under the handle. I bought the black one.

I just love this item. Everything I have bought by Bella has been great. This is so easy to use and everything comes out fantastic. Such a childhood memory! Would buy again.

This is a great skillet. It does get really hot at point where probe goes in. Have to watch close what you are cooking in that area. Easy to clean. There is a learning curve if never or been a long time using this type of thermometer setting. Look at the Manuel to get idea where to set for what cooking. Do not use metal utensils. Also purchased a heat resistant mat to go under for future use on counter top.

This is a non stick air fryer. It's great. I've used it quite a bit and it DOES NOT stick. I love it. I have been cooking different things and not a mess to clean.

This was a life saver during a time we did not have a stove. Cooks great. Love that it’s easy to wash and clean. Cooks food fast. My mom loved it and still uses it, even if we have a stove again. We like that it’s great quality and cooks food well.
