I liked everything about it and amazing how it all assembled so easily without even looking at the instructions.

It did not come with instructions (even though it stated product was supposed to have them), I have to buy instructions as not used a fondue before.

It looks nice but the forks are everso plasticky making them difficult to clean dried food off them

Product looks gorgeous and I was really excited to use it. But having used it twice now, it burns every time. The flame is able to go underneath the pot for not more than 2 minutes before the food inside starts to burn. Really not practical!!

This is a beautiful looking fondue, as expected in terms of use (they’re not rocket science!) but, I’ve had two fondue nights, and sadly it’s now just not usable due to the centre (ie directly over the flame) of the pot being burnt. There was a bit of burn after the fist use, but it was ok after multiple (4) long soaks in boiling water and a dishwasher tablet. However towards the end of the 2nd use, we could most definitely start to taste and smell burnt cheese, despite almost constantly stirring it (not conducive to a relaxed, fun evening!). I’m now going to but a cast iron one, which I should have gone for in the first place, don’t be lured in by the beauty of this!

I used it the other night and I was really disappointed after spending money on the wine the cheeses and meats we started to use it and the burner is way too much and the pot is so thin that it burns so quickly. Sorry I don’t recommend

I was afraid for the "burn quickly" comments but fortunately it doesn't burn the (vegan) cheese and after using the set, you can clean it very easy without losing its lovely color 💚

La olla es muy bonita pero, podria haber estado en la descripción que la olla es para carne y no para quesos, esto solo descubri al usarla porque es la primera vez que compro y no sabia que había diferencia, y como soy vegetariana la olla no me sirve para nada :(
