I bought one customized for a memorial necklace. Everything came out perfect! Only complaint is, I wish the chain was a bit longer.Overall, I love it and wear it daily!

This was a gift for my grandson who recently lost someone he admired to cancer. The picture on the front was flawless and I had the back engraved with a special memory note. Engraving was perfect and very easy to read. Perfect size.

This pendant and necklace is really beautiful. Nice weight, good size. Big enough to see but not appear bulky. Good shine, clear image. I bought ten of each design to test market to my group. Very happy. They came with a gift box, matching chain, black felt jewelry bag, and a protective plastic cover that peels off. Very nice!
