The only positive thing I can say about this tea kettle, is that it's super cute. The description claims it is made of "high quality 304 stainless steel, ensures rust & corrosion resistant." The inside rusted after one week of use. The description also says the "solid wood handle and lid handle allow you to grab the tea kettle with bare hand without risking burns," which is also not true. You definitely need an oven mitt. The third description claims "the kettle is coated with high temperature painting, won't fade..." as you can see from the photo, not true. And finally, as for "the bakelite spout press protects your hands from the heat and makes one hand pouring possible," unless you want to burn your hand from the steam coming out, I don't recommend one hand pouring.

This little teapot is fantastic! It looks quite small but can heat up a good 4 mugs of water. So plenty for me who’s the only user in the house. The pour is perfect, handle doesn’t get hot and when you’re done with the whistling you can easily flip up the nozzle. The water heats up quickly. I am very happy with this product, ticks all the boxes. I have only had it for a few days so can’t comment on any possible rust issues. So far so good!

I was a little worried to purchase this item because there were no reviews - but it is exactly as advertised.It looks very cute and works well. However, the handle does heat up pretty quickly, so I have to wear oven mitts to pour the water. It also is a little tricky to open the latch over the spout. But overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would buy it again.I did a lot of research, and this was definitely the best price for a kettle that is cute as well as functional.

Love the look of it! Handle doesn’t get too hot, the whistle isn’t alarmingly loud but just enough to grab your attention. Seems to be a great product!

I love this thing. It has a very soft and kind whistle that isn't screeching which is nice. It's the perfect size for two cups of tea in the morning, and it is fairly easy to keep clean and take care of. I love it and it was definitely a successful purchase. I also love the color and the wooden handle and whistle cover/latch on the nozzle.

I did not realize until after I had ordered it that it was not enamel over steel, but just high temperature paint over steel. :/ I have a gas stove, so if the flames come up on the sides it could burn off the paint. As long as you know to keep the flame underneath it you can use it on a gas stove, but it is probably better for an electric stove. That said, it is super cute. The whistle works great, not too loud. It does take longer to heat the water than my older teapot, but my older one was heavier and much more expensive. It is light, pours smoothly, the handle stays cool and the cap seals well. For the price, this is a pretty little pot that heats water and lets you know when it is boiling.

Great little tea kettle that heats up fast. Been using it nightly to make peppermint tea. If you're pregnant then a tea kettle is a must to make tea fast to fight nausea.

The media could not be loaded.  As my video shows. It’s a loud kettle which is exactly what I needed when I’m upstairs. It’s pretty easy to clean, and the handle is perfect enough where you don’t burn yourself. One thing I’d say to be careful is when pouring. The little handle can burn with the steam

it broke..now I'm mad.. waited 2 weeks to return. And the Bottom rusted very easily. not good at all for your health You do not want to buy this.

I have had my kettle for five months now & I love this kettle, but it is impossible to keep white. I’ve tried everything from barkeepers friend to bleach and water. It’s impossible to keep the white color clean and would have given five stars if it didn’t discolour from the heat of the stove. As you can see in the photo, it has a yellow brown discolouring…. This is it cleaned :|

This kettle is small and feels chintzy/cheap. The metal parts heat up, making it difficult to handle when hot. Being so small, I expected it would boil water quickly but it does not. Ideal for making 1 cup of tea, but will be looking for a larger, more substantial kettle.

kettle arrived on time, looked really nice, however super lightweight and leaked when i put water in it. Sent back and had refund with no concern.
