I love this item. It’s portable and convenient to use. I smoke my custards for ice creams , salmon for dips and more. Your guest will think you put in extra hard outside work smoking. Tip: place item to be smoked in a bowl, cover item with plastic cling wrap and place smoke hose into bowl, clover bowl with cloth, light smoker. use a wet dish cloth to fan the smoke, and capture the smoke that escapes. Once the smoke is capture in your bowl slide the hose out. Let your smoked ingredients sit to soak in the favors of your wood chips from the smoke. Enjoy!!! Do the same with your favorite drink!!!!!

I picked this smoker because I have a similar one that works great. The smoker works like it should but unlike the images it doesn’t come with a piece that covers the whiskey glass. Misleading but the smoker works fine.

Was really impressed how this worked . I use it quite often makes meals and drinks way better like I'm a professional 😆
