It's a Sony, No BaloneyHere's what I love about Sony Phones. They actually work as phones. Of all the brands I've owned, Sony is consistently the one to beat. Sure product reviews will go on about Camera specs, how blacks are displayed, which app works best, memory and CPU, but rarely do they cover signal strength.Samsung's have consistently had weak signals. My Xperial Ultra died so I bought an LG 20, and if I held it a certain way, calls would get dropped. So I returned the LG, and have bought Sony's ever since. They've worked all over Europe, in the rainforests of Costa Rica and on my daily commute in the middle of New York harbor. The only other phone in the family is the ZTE Axon 7, which is slightly below the Xperia but above the Samsung in almost every category.

I purchased this phone and found I could not unlock it, or even turn it on. I went to this site to return it, and I was instructed to return it to the seller. I have received NO REFUND, even that I returned it the day after receiving it.
