It's not too bad. But one thing you should know. If need it for video calling or anything to do with video recording, don't get this one. The camera has been placed at the bottom of the screen and at best it could record your chin. No idea why. You could add an external camera, but yeah, ok. Other than that, I'm happy with it. It's actually pretty fast.

Have to get this one out of my system. Just about the worst laptop I've ever had.It arrived and it was so light it scared me. But I'll give it a go. About a month In the sound went. Chewi site sent me off installing crap. It never came back, and lots of other people had the same problem. Then one of the two USB ports died. Never to return. So I had one USB plot, terrible. Then the SSD drive stopped. Just died. So now. About 5 months in. 3 parts of what a laptop is were broke. I struggled on. Used Bluetooth for audio, a 3 to 1 usb thing and put an old harddrive in. It wasn't like I was taking it out on the road every day. It sat in the same place every day. Then it went dark. Nothing on the screen. So now I used the HDMI slot to see what was on screen. 4 parts broken. I was left with the keyboard as the only thing still working. Disappointed is not the word. Only consolation is the customer service Amazon gave me. If Amazon had not been decent enough about it I don't want to think what I would have done. Because chewi have done absolutely nothing on except direct me to the discussion site. In reality chewi did nothing.

I got this to replace my 10 year old laptop. I was a little worried at first but everything about this is amazing, the prise,the quality and the storage. Now i only play stardew vally on her but it worked fine. I tryed skyrim but no luck. So its not for gamers. But i also use this for video edditing and drawing and it works fine. The HD screen is amazing the only thing id say is use headphones as the sound isnt that grate but everything eles if superbe it has eveything i was looking for in a laptop.

i bought this item, this item has a lot of defects, the quality is really bad, not as they advertised, and i sent it back immediately for them to refund me, but more than a It's been a month and they still haven't refunded me, I advise you not to buy this item, you will regret it like me

I did not expect the laptop to die within a week. Can I send this laptop back as its no good to me if it doesn't work.

It’s was hard to set up had to shave help but once done it brilliant. Really really good for the money.

je n'ai guere aimé que le clavier ne soit pas en azerty,certaines de mes lettres ou chiffres sont un peu de "traviole" Autrement dit ...superbe machine.

N'utilisant que très peu mon ordi portable, je suis tout de même obligé de le brancher après juste 15min maximum d'utilisation..De plus, les Prises USB 3.0 n'acceptent pas tous les Appareils (disque sur externe) malgré un adapatateur.. Un peu galère..

Bonjour , je ne l'ai pas vraiment utilisé sauf pour vérifier s'il fonctionnait. Aujourd'hui, même pas un an après, la batterie ne se recharge plus alors que les fils ne sont pas défectueux.
