Let me preface this review by saying that ever since having kids I have struggled terribly with hormonal acne and have been experiencing tender breasts before my cycle (I’ve never had either of these before in my life). I am in my mid-thirties and the acne, in particular, has really affected me mentally. I felt like I had tried everything aside from medication, which I was trying to avoid. This product was my last ditch effort to get my hormones back in balance, and it WORKED! I mixed this with hot milk and drank it once a day for an entire month before writing this review. I wanted to see how it would affect my cycle to see if it was actually effective. This was the first time in almost 3 years that I didn’t have a single breakout before my period. I could cry. I will never stop buying this product. In my opinion, it’s worth every penny and tastes amazing!

The taste is fantastic- I was a little worried it would be very earthy or taste like roots but it is very pleasant and chocolaty which I love. Ive mixed it with water and milk and both are great, the milk makes it a little creamier so I save that for when I want an extra indulgent cup! I’ve definitely noticed positive results from using it, overall the most striking result is just a feeling of overall balance in my mind. I’ve noticed less bloating which is a great thing for me as I was struggling a lot with that. Highly recommend trying it for your own results!

I bought this because I’d been having sore tatas for most of my cycle (aka things were imbalanced). First of all the taste was amazing - like hot frothy cocoa. Also after a solid month of use I can definitely say the tenderness has all but disappeared!!Don’t expect a quick fix, but if you use it diligently and give it time, it really does work. I also spoke to my local herbalist and she confirmed all the ingredients are traditionally what is recommended for hormone balancing!

I really enjoy adding this to my coffee with coconut milk and oat milk. I no longer add stevia cause this Harmony blend has a hint of sweetness and creamy flavors I don’t need additional sweetness. Adaptogens for hormone health in a delicious blend of spices and herbs

I honestly skipped this item in my subscribe and save for 4 months before I went through with the purchase because it’s expensive and I was worried it was going to taste gross. It’s delicious. I feel like I’m treating myself to a hot chocolate every day, but I actually think it’s good for me. Time will tell if it seems to make any real difference in my hormone regulation, but at the very least it helps curb my chocolate cravings. One cup of this is definitely better than a handful of chocolate covered almonds or peanut butter cups.

I started using this about 6 months ago and have noticed a difference in my mood and bloating (as in I don't when I'm taking this daily). I could always tell when i was about to get my period - back aches, bloating, cranky....after taking this for a month I didn't have any of those typical symptoms. I've continued taking it and definitely notice a difference.

I love this stuff-I drink it with cold milk mixed in with my equip chocolate protein powder. Just tastes like a chocolate milkshake-Already noticing some hormone balancing and I’ve only been taking it three weeks! My energy has notably improved with this powder.

The taste took some time to get use to. But I found the perfect way for me to drink this. I use a frother with about 5 oz of hot water to mix then add milk of choice for a cold drink. I have noticed a good change in the perimenopause symptoms I was having. However, the cost is not rational. I have a family of 6 and simply cannot spend this amount of money monthly. Also the packaging is the worst. It never closes properly and is all over my hand when I scoop it out.
