I am a sock knitter and wanted to try this needle instead of using DPNs. After reading all the positive reviews I decided to give it a try.I LIKE IT. I've had no problem with the small size and I can knit much faster than I can with the DPNs.I do my heel flap on two DPNs and use the circular to hold my instep stitches, then after completely my flat and picking up my gusset stitches I put all my stitches back on the circular and proceed until I do my toe decreases when I again put the stitches on my DPNs to finish off the sock.If you're a sock knitter I recommend you give it a try.
