I wouldn't think that all that would fit very well - might fit without the binder. Honestly that's more than you should be carrying on your back anyway. You should consider getting some sort of rolling case/backpack. (Sorry, I'm both a mom and a family doctor, and you pushed both buttons with that one!)

Yes,There have a laptop pocket ,it can accommodate a 14-inch-computer.

Q: Would I be able to use this for 8th and 9th grade with a lot of binders in it??

I got one of these backpacks last school year for my daughter. I was very surprised at how resilient it turned out to be and I could easily see her using it again this year. It is pretty roomy, I would say that it can easily hold a binder along with several textbooks and have no issues. I would highly recommend it.
