Natural Konjac Facial Sponges - for Gentle Face Cleansing and Exfoliation (2 Lavender Purple, 2 Turmeric Yellow)

I have dry skin with flaky patches. I was recommended these for exfoliation as I also have sensitive skin. These don’t exfoliate, they have a weird scent, and they don’t really clean my face. Waste of money.

I have been using konjac sponges for about 20 years now. It's my essential beauty tool and I cannot live without it. I have bought many different brands, but the best is definitely Boscia, which is sold at Sephora. However, Boscia costs $15 each so I started looking elsewhere and tried some on Amazon. This one probably is the most legit konjac sponges considering its quality and cost. One costs only 2-3 bucks!Some cheap konjac sponges are not even made with real konjac although they claim to be. The texture is rough and doesn't make my skin smooth. However, this product is soft and exfoliates my skin pretty well. I'm not sure if it's really 100% konjac knowing Boscia's quality, which is made from 100% konjac, but it's good enough that I have been sticking with this for a while now.The reason why I'm giving this only 3 starts is that the significant difference between green sponges and black ones. First of all the size is different - black is smaller than green, which isn't the issue. But the quality of green ones is definitely lower than black. Green ones are rougher and I can't feel much exfoliation that I feel with black ones. Many brands have different colors claiming that black has charcoal, green has green tea or aloe vera, red has clay and whatnot, but I personally have never felt or seen any different result between colors so I believe it's just their way to attract more consumers. Having said that, I'm sure the quality difference between greens and blacks isn't because they are made from different ingredients. I wish this package only contained black ones.

I heard about this kind of sponge from my Japanese friends. Apparently it has been used in Japan for centuries. It is plant based sponge. It provides light exfoliation for daily use. After I got them, I soaked them up in water till fully absorbed before using. It really make washing your face feels different. I have other sponge and brushes and always looking for new face washing tools to spice my daily routine. I assume eventually I have to retire them after using for a while but you get four so it will last at least 6-8 months if not more.

I bought these based on the good reviews. Disappointed as they have done nothing for me. I noticed no difference and still nothing after 5 days using them while showering. Haven't noticed any benefits from the aloe and charcoal either. Too soft. I don't doubt they work for other skin types maybe, neither Im saying they have a bad quality. The packaging is spa like, they look cute and it seems to be a high quality product. They just didn't work for me.

This is a HIT for me. I've loved konjac sponges since I first tried them, but some are just not up to par and fall apart too quickly, or they don't clean my face properly. I haven't been using the sponge for that long so I don't know how long it will hold up, but I do know that it cleans my face perfectly, and I love the shape of it. It is so big and so full and so soft, but not super soft. It's not flimsy, it's sturdy for what it is. I love it. I would purchase this brand again. Actually, I'm going to buy a pack for my father too because these are too wonderful not to share! A+++++++ I totally recommend. I paid full price, no discounts or freebies or anything. I just really am loving these sponges, and I would definitely buy again, for myself or as a gift for family or friends!

ordered this on the fly not really knowing the size or quality. so far i have used only one (charcoal) of the sponges. i am delighted to inform that although they are small in size the performance is excellent. the sponge turned from rock hard to a nice spongy one when water was applied to it. the absorption is incredible and the feel of the sponge is great. i am happy with this purchase and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future. claims of this sponge helping with acne breakouts and such is well, up to the user. it very well could help but i dont know how long one must use it to see any difference. one would think that in addition to this sponge one would need to have the proper soap to help. all in all good value and a terrific product.

I ordered a sponge similar to this from Ulta and it lasted for a long time I loved it my skin felt so soft I got all the dead skin off so I was really excited to see this on Amazon. Unfortunately these disintegrate so quickly I only got a couple uses and it was falling apart chunks coming off in the shower they did not hold up I couldn’t get red skin off on my face because it just fell apart. I didn’t leave these in the water I kept them dry just like I did with the others. I wish I would’ve use the sooner before the return window closed because I feel like it was a waste of money and I really wanted to like these.
