My kids love these books! They will spend hours reading them and they have so many cool facts in them. The cover is nice too, it's not a hard cover but instead a pretty solid soft cover. These are still in very good shape after many travels.

The book is organized well by bird types, large enough picture representations of birds for both children and older adults eyes to see. It will provide hours of fun for my nephew and his grandmother in their new bird watching venture. Perfect to engage children to read and outside in the air and sunshine away from electronics! :)

My eight year old nephew I loved that book and asked me to order the rest of the collection. Perfect for a young field explorer who asked so many questions when he is in nature.

Full of lots of information! Really interesting, probably best for 4th or 5th grade.

Great book. Doesn't have a check list though.

This is a wonderful book. My 8 year old loves it and has used it several times. She liked the formate with questions and answers, and tips and, jokes. The jokes were carried to school as well. Thank you for an easy to use fun reference.

Absolutely love these books! My 6 year old can use them easily without being able to read but uses the pictures to identify.
