Honestly love this cookie mix a healthier alternative, easy to make, and they are the perfect chocolate chip cookie consistency!

I love that you need 1 egg, butter and voila you have yummy cookies that are easy on my tummy!I cannot have gluten and dairy and try to avoid all the lectins and these are my Answer!!!I love that you can add whatever you like to make the cookies you want I.e. choc chips, cinnamon, marshmallow etc (you get the idea)They are good gooey, crispy and of course cooked, which only takes 12 mins!!I have signed up for subscribe & save bc they are that Good!!! I don’t want to tell you guys bc then grocery stores will be empty of it, but I will bc I can’t keep them to myself, rightI’m not selfish like that lolGo buy them!

I had to go on an elimination diet for breastfeeding so i was dying to find some sort of cookie i could eat. These make it really easy, but it took some work to figure out the recipe. First, sifting the dry mix keeps it from being grainy. Definitely do that as you pour the bag into your bowl. I subbed the egg with flax seed (1tbsp flax and a little shy of 3 tbsp water). I used pumpkin for the butter (1/2 cup pumpkin for the 1/2 cup butter). It was dry so I added 6 tbsp of maple syrup. I use a cookie scoop so they are bigger than the recipe says to make. Because of the maple syrup and size i bake them on a lower heat (325 F) for 20 minutes. They’re delicious. For these i added a 1/4 cup cocoa because we found out my girl can handle it (yay!!). All around a huge win. Just wish they weren’t so expensive because i end up eating the whole bag in less than 2 days.

I love this GF non GMO cookie mix. It is a little pricey at the supermarket, but the bulk order here helps me save money. I can back 2 dozen cookies in literally a 1/2 hour from start to finish and they taste delicious. I’ve used the mix to bake chocolate chip and peanut butter, both are incredibly tasting.

Son muy fáciles de hacer, de buen sabor (aunque para mi gusto son demasiado dulces) y puedes agregarles semillas, chips de chocolate, mantequillas, funfettis, etc.

Great taste and can make so many varieties. I like to add a scoop of protein powder also and add extra tablespoon of water. Chocolate protein with almond butter and chocolate chips has been our favorite so far. Non-grain people also say how good they are. They turn out crispier than I typically like cookies, but for the taste I will deal with that minor issue.

Such amazing cookies! I made mine with classic chocolate chips. They tasted just like "regular" cookies. I'm new to grain free and finding things like this has eased the transition. I highly recommend! Delicious!

They weren't kidding when they said no one would know it was gluten free. I love peanut butter cookies and these allow me to make them, and add chocolate chips as well!
