Top notch so far
So far so good. Haven't used them in an actual setting yet but tested them with bathroom tissue and submerged them overnight and the tissue was still dry. I then put my phone in and tried operating it underwater. It worked almost as well as when out of the case and not submerged (I didn't try facial or fingerprint verification). I was also surprised to find out the sound quality was still good while it was in the container. It was quick and easy to put my phone into the container and light weight to carry around. Much nicer for overall use then my previous hard case. Will have to see how the durability is over time.

Kept our phones dry as a bone
These are perfect for taking to the beach or the lake. I did the tissue test before I trusted them with my phone and so far so good and we've used them half a dozen times already. My Pixel 9 Pro XL fits perfectly as does my daughters iphone 16 plus.I've had no issue with the touch screen through the plastic, even to the point that the grandkids are able to play games while my phone is in the case.I did notice that sometimes the fingerprint unlock doesn't work but that's the expected when you're you're pressing through plastic. The plastic is clear enough to allow surprisingly good photos underwater which the kids thought was fantastic!

Did it's job and I'm so grateful it did!
Took these to Costa Rica and they kept my phone safe while surfing and layin around on the beach. Taking photos through it tho... not great. But my phone isn't ruined or damaged and that's really all I needed. I wouldn't use it more than a few times before getting a new one tho. It's probably fine but I got fearful it wasn't going to hold up for the long haul of more than a week or so.

Great product
Got these for my trip down to Florida so I could take my phone in the water with me, and they worked wonders. Great price, good quality, definitely worth it if your phone isn't waterproof!

poor quality, broke first use -- but customer service made it right
used it with my Pixel 9 Pro XL in our hot tub, didn't abuse it at all, but the seam ripped and it was filling with water.update -- customer service reached out and made it right. great to see the quality service! thank you!

Great Product
Touch Screen worked even under water. My iPhone premix 14 fit in it perfectly. They do not take up space in your luggage and the seal worked fantastic.

Don’t risk it!!
Beyond disappointed! We tested these over night as suggested by manufacture. Worked great! Paper towel was dry as a bone! Took them to Cancun. Hung out in the pool worked great. The plastic confused my phone and it wouldn’t Marco Polo or take pictures because it thought it was to dark. I should’ve seen this as a big warning sign! Three days into our vac we went zip lining and swimming through caves. The zip lines took us through water falls and I check on my phone every time we emerged from the water. It was VERY difficult to remove my 10 plus iPhone so I didn’t take it out often. Before the cave swim I checked everything. Checked the latch, made sure there was no air in the bag locked it up tight tucked in under my life jacket and swam the under ground river. (24mins) we I removed my life jacket I realized there was about a tsp of water at the bottom of the pouch and my phone was dead. Gone. $1,100 phone! Thrown away toast. So for the cost of this waterproof case it’s ridiculous and I would NEVER trust a waterproof case again. Beyond pissed! Beyond annoyed! And now I get to pay more to get a new phone. Lucky me!
