Triple Eight WRISTSAVER Wrist Guards, Black – Ideal for Skateboarding, in-line Skating, and Roller Skating

It took me a while to get used to holding the handlebars while wearing these, but now feels natural and very safe. Having broken my wrist on a bicycle, this was my first priority for bike safety after the helmet. Some of the stitching may seem a little weak, but I have not had a problem with them. I think they will last if taken care of. I have simulated falling onto the wrist, and the protection is very good. Even in a mild fall, they will keep you from getting road rash. My hands are medium size, and the small feels good although the Velcro does not completely fasten. I could have taken a medium but not a large. I didn't want to ride around feeling like I had ping pong paddles on my wrists.

I purchased the Wrist guards at the same time I bought an Onewheel. I'm very satisfied. I had read in the reviews that they ran a little small so I grabbed the Large size. I'm glad I did. I'm 5'9 with medium-sized hands and the Large fits perfectly.I've been using them for over a month and am extremely happy with the purchase. They are very well made (not cheap at all) and very durable. All the material and stitching are solid. Also, I really like the design of the splints which protect the wrist and palm. The palm sprint is slightly curved which makes me feel very secure. If I go down, I'm going to be very happy I'm wearing these.In regards to the "easy slip on and off", this is true. Essentially, you will need to loosen up the straps fully and then pull them on and off. Tighten them up again and boom - off ya go. Pretty simple. 5 Star product for the price and quality. No cons.--- Update 4/24/2021 ---It's been about 2 years now since I purchased these wristguards. After taking a few nasty falls, I stand by my 5-star rating. I highly recommend them.One fall, in particular, I was moving about 18 MPH on my OneWheel when the thing cut off for no reason.... (that's what I told my wife anyway...). Anyway, I was launched into the air and just couldn't get my feet under me in time. Luckily, I landed square on my knee pads and these Triple 8 Wristsaver II guards. Wow.... I slid about 5 feet on nasty asphalt.What should have been serious road rash or possibly worse, instead was just me jumping up and looking around to see if anyone saw my nasty spill. I got lucky, but, these wrist guards "saved me."

These age great, one strap, pull thur design works great. No more straps coming undone.

Just got these guards, they seem to run alittle small and are not as padded as hoped for.They are well made and are excellent wrist protection with hard plastic protection on top and bottom. This will limit movement in the event of a fall but does not overly restict move during normal use. It is possible to ride a MTB with them on.

I've had both 187 Killer Pads wrist guards and Triple eight wrist.savers I and II. I think they are all great. I'm surprised when I see skaters in CA with no helmet or wrist gaurds. The new Triple Eight Wrist Saver II has a lot less stitched in padding and is less bulky than the others. It also has longer plastic splints on the front and the back than the 187's. I give them a thumbs way up!

So grateful for these wrist guards. I’ve been trying out some new skating moves and these have definitely saved me.

They're light, the fit is awesome, the protection is good, BUT not durable, went down in the bowl at the local park and the right guard ripped apart. Should've got the leather one instead of mesh.

I had this product before and had to buy an extra pair. Perfect for protecting my wrists for rollerskating.

Tras 3 meses de uso puedo decir que son las mejores muñequeras que he usado. Me he caído en bastantes ocasiones y no me he lastimado la muñeca para nada a diferencia de otras muñequeras que había usado anteriormente.El ajuste es perfecto y por ello brindan mucha seguridad. Las recomiendo ampliamente!

En las instrucciones de compra para determinar la talla hay q medirse la mano, hasta ahí, bien. Lo que no dice es que la talla m es para gente de menos de 50kg y yo peso 80kg y mido 1,78m. Pero me gusta que las muñequeras queden bien prietas. Y resulta que la talla L es para gente de más de 50kg. Voy a tratar de devolverlas, pero no sé cómo Amazon me dirigió a GB en vez de a una tienda española. En fin a ver si hay alguna solución.

These are fantastic. They feel good and I ordered the men's large. I don't have huge hands, but I don't have tiny hands either. I feel like the large could be a tad more snug as you have a good amount of velcro to loosen them. I have to tighten them to the max. If you have smaller hands, get the medium for sure.
