If your door will only close by holding button down on wall - BUY THIS!
My sensors would not work. Opener would go up using remote and with pad by door but would not go down without holding the button down. Replaced sensors, electrician checked wiring from sensors to main unit (working). I decided to replace logic board to see if this would fix it and this worked like a charm and easy to install! Definitely would buy again

It works!
My motor started losing programming and for the past week we were not able to use HomeLink at all. It was a huge pain. Decided to give this replacement board a try, it was cheap and it was easy to replace. I didn't even read any instructions. It takes 3 screws to undo the panel, two connectors to pull out - white one is a bit of a pain, use knife or twizzers to under the lock, the black one just slides out, make sure to mark all the wires in the orange/white 1, white 2/gray terminals, that was all. All cars and fobs and my MyQ smart hub got programmed and started working right away with no glitches. It's as good now as it was 19 years ago when I installed it. I'm really glad I did this instead of buying a new motor for x10 the price.

Work great, but are definitely old boards
So this is a good review with no complaints.. I just question my decision on buying used and not new. I bought two of these used boards to replace one that didn’t work and another opener that was having an issue with opening from a distance. Boards came packed well, were clean and work great after installation. My concern is that one board is a 2005 and the other a 2007. I use these to replace my 2013’s - these boards are known for solder to break and this is why they malfunction. I’m hoping the two boards I bought haven’t been used more than my 2013’s and maybe they were better built before the 2013’s. Anyway - Just letting you know the boards could be 20 years old. If I had to do it again I’d probably buy new for 130..

Lift master garage door opener
Works great. Easy install. Got it 1 day later than expected, but the post office doesn’t deliver on Sunday.

It works like a charm.
Unfortunately it was too pricey but I was in need to get opener fixed quick so I paid more than triple for this thing. I could have bought just the logic board from eBay for about $50. Anyway I received the 41AB050-2M model instead of 41AB050-2 but they are almost identical and functioning exactly the same. Took me less than 15 minutes to replace the bad one and reprogram all the remote controls.

Simple installation
Had to decide on whether to replace the whole unit or just the board. Only $50 difference but installing just the board would be the easier job. So I saved $50 dollars and am taking the chance that the unit lasts. I’m h well. Took about ten minutes and works great. I will replace the entire unit next time.

When you need an (almost) obsolete OEM part
Funny how things don't last the way they used to in the old days. I am glad the garage door opener failed in the open position. Would suck to be stuck outside in the car with the door closed. I have had a Chamberlain garage door opener for over 20 years. This board has failed twice. Twice I have been able to source a replacement through Amazon without paying as much as a new opener would have cost. I tried local suppliers. Theri price was double and they could get it in a week. Nothing in stock. With Amazon well not two day but three day ground. If your garage door starts acting wiggy there are LEDs that blink to help you diagnose what is wrong with them. This diagnosis pointed to replacing the board. I did it works now. Happy Ending. I would recommend these OEM parts.
