I bought this because I was making an orzo salad and I wanted to add a little mediterranean flavor. This was perfect! My husband said it was the best I ever made. Not over powering, just gives it a little something extra in flavor. Great value for the money. The smell is not over powering, but it is still tasty.

I ordered more Cantanzaro to refill my 1oz bottle. I don't think I can get enough of this delicious herb blend! I chop my veggies to the same size (carrots, zucchini, yellow squash, potatoes & sweet potatoes), add a light coating of garlic infused olive oil and then sprinkle on the magic of Cantanzaro Herbs. I mix everything in the bowl and spread over a cooking sheet and roast my veggies. THE BEST HERB mixBLEND EVER!!
