Love the pens
I ordered 2 pens personal engraved pens as a gift for my nephew. I chose the font. When I received the pens I noticed the font was wrong (or so I thought). The print was supposed to be PV2 and then his name. He is in the military. The font showed the PV was large and the "2" was smaller than the PV. I did not like this. The pens wrote good, the color of the pens was perfect, the quality was excellent. I love them except for the discrepancy in the size of the "2" versus the "PV", I reached out and explained my dislike for the size difference between the "2" and the "PV". I learned that the font I chose does exactly what was used on the pens. Some fonts use different sizes for numbers and letters etc. They contacted me immediately with this explanation. They were absolutely correct. When I realized they had not made a mistake and it was something that I chose, I apologized. I was unaware of Fonts doing this. However, I explained that they did not need to replace the pens because they did nothing wrong, and it was something that I chose. They replied back and told me they were going to replace the pens because I was not 100% satisfied. This company went out of their way to make me happy when it was no fault of their own. I am very happy with the pens and the service

Ok, they are not Montblanc, but still nice quality for a great price. I bought a couple of sets as presents for my graduating senior researchers. The pens are great, the engraving looks classy, and they write smoothly with no blobbing.
