I love it but a bit pricey.
I love this product. Makes my home smell like a hotel. I have allergies and have had no problems. If there is a downside it would be the cost for replacements. That said, I have since bought another for my bedroom and one for my sister (she lives it too).

Pay $$$ for 30 days of scent an $55 refills 👎
Setting 6 an didn’t last 30 days an $55 for a refill .... plug-ins last longer an are cheaper epic fail

800 hours of scent is not even close
I was so excited to get this! It is easy to use. However the scent pod does not in anyway come close to lasting 800 hours, not even close. I liked both scents I ordered, but the first was empty in a weekend and the second (which I slowed down strength by a lot to 1-2 dots and I only had on during hours I was home and awake) didn’t even last a week. $55 for these is outrageous! For what you get out of them I’d maybe pay $5? Back to candles I guess? So disappointed …..

Not compatible
So I have an Aera and the Sheraton capsules do NOT work with the regular Aera.

Too much money for nothing
This device and POD do not last as advertised, besides scents do not smell on the covered area as directed, repeat too fancy but doesn't worth the hi priced value. Do not recommend!! Period.

It Smells
This is a nice concept. The scenting is not as good as you experience in a hotel; even for a small size room.It’s just not quite as good.It is a neat concept and the machine is well designed. The total cost of ownership
