Hagen AquaClear Impeller Assembly, 30 Powerhead

I think that it's a little pricey for what it is but it's the best price from what I found. Exact fit.

The picture displayed on the purchase page is incorrect. The picture shown lists a PH802 Item # A 16930.The product is actually PH 301 Item A 16780 for the Aqua Clear Power Head 30....old 301 model. Finally after two returns I do have the correct item I need...for the old 301 Aqua Clear Power Head.Larry K , Reno, NV

Ordered two. One was DOA, other seemed to die too soon. Original Review.Tried to order impellers instead of whole filter units. One of the two impellers came with two fins broken off (returned for credit successfully).Other was used in a filter but seemed to fail soon after.UPDATEWe have had one or more aquariums for nearly 25 years. Most of that time we have used AquaClear 30 Powerheads. Until the last year or two we have been satisfied with the products. Lately the impellers seem to fail on a regular basis. (I have ordered from Amazon and Pet Solutions and directly from Hagen.) I now have two more which have failed by the green impeller separating from the rotor. I do not know if the fabrication process has changed or if the glue is inadequate. At any rate I will order two more impellers. When these fail (as I expect they will) we will drop our use of ALL Hagen products and switch to something (anything) which is more reliable.

Packaging was excellent, but item inside was damaged. One impeller fin was broken off. Rather disappointed to pay for new and receive damaged, but doesn't seem worth the trouble to make an exchange since currently I need only the magnet . More important to keep the water flowing in the aquarium.

Doesn't fit an Aquacler 31! The impeller is too big.
