If you suffer from cramping of the muscles in your hands or calves or any where basically this stuff will help get rid of that if you can handle the taste that’s the only complaint about this stuff.

This is a very fine powder. Not course, like regular salt, so start by using less than half what you think you should if using as a salt substitute. Be advised that the taste takes some getting used to. Also, note that the package I purchased states a serving size of 700 mg (1/8 tsp) and no mention of a scoop. If using it as a substitute for table salt, try making a 50/50 mixture first until you get used to it.

It’s exactly as shown. Easy to measure. I use this and other needed electrolytes to make a great Al in one powder add it to my flavored water of choice, usually lemon, and I’m good for the day. The hardest part was finding a good recipe that fit my personal needs. That os not the fault of this product. I highly recommend this product for all potassium needs.

The product arrived in a brick like state. I poured every bit of my middle age rage into beating the clump into some powder. I’d say almost a forth of it can’t be used for the bootleg LMNT I’m making. Since I need so little of it, I’ll write it off as a loss, but it is frustrating. I’ll see if I can find it in a canister the next time.

I use this with great (and healthier) success for fermenting sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers, horseradish, beets, shallots, chilies, etc. It also works well in all types of hummus.

Mixed to a 4 M solution as recommended by Apera Instruments, for PH electrode storage solution.To make 50ml of 4M KCL storage, mix 14.9g of KCL in deionized water, add water to 50ml graduation on flask.
