As far as the ghetto smartphone early attempt at VR goes, this plastic container is the best option. The product is high quality where it matters and cheap (saving you money) where it doesn't matter. Efficient design and execution to win the version 1 smartphone VR market at $40.

Disliked this. This wasy first VR experience and this product does not work. The image on my phone is impossible to line it up with the middle line of the headset. There are NO instructions on how to calibrate so no matter what direction I move all the little sliders the display is always muddy and blurry. Even more, I think the button in the side is supposed to work right? It doesnt do anything on the Pixel 3 XL. This is a fun idea but poorly executed.

Good price and delivered better quality than expected with Google Cardboard apps, games & videos. I would have given it 5 stars but no QR code was included to setup the headset to work with Google Cardboard. I did a search and found the code for a different name brand but the headset looked exactly the same called Systros VR and it worked perfectly. You can find it at the link below (scroll near the bottom..Sytros VR). I have also attached a photo of the QR code. I hope this helps someone. You're welcome seller...a free headset would be nice ...lol.[...]

The QR code that comes with the unit does not work. We are mildly technical and decided to just go to their website and find something. The website is bogus. Tried generic QR codes and they didn't work either. So it does not work with Google cardboard as far as I can tell. We downloaded a few apps but who cares about roller coasters. Not worth the money. Not worth any money. I would recommend looking at verified buyer reviews versus reviews from people who received this for free.
