Q: I bought 2. But, no matter how many turns either clockwise or counter, it simply does not lock. I don't feel a clicking noise or anything. Help.

It'll keep spinning a little bit even if it's locked but you'll notice it gets harder to turn. You may hear a light click as well. The way to know for sure that it's locked is there is a clear part on the ring that will show orange when it's locked. That's a better indicator. Of you don't see that and it's not locking in you have a defective one.

Q: do you have batteries for range finder

I'm not sure how this question relates to a review of the Frogger golf brush but my range finder takes one CR2 lithium battery that I buy either at a supermarket or drug store. Look to see what kind of battery your range finder takes and go from there. I am sure they are also available here at Amazon as well.

Q: Does this come with the key chain ring to put towel on?

Yes. The pics for whatever reason don't show it, but mine came with the ring.
