Hello, yes. The Theragun PRO comes with a 2 year standard warranty.

The battery part is a lie. Knowingly, Theragun is placing G3 batteries in the G4 so you just get 75 or less min... it is written in so many other reviews

You will receive batteries that read G3 and they will last less than 60 min. They have doing that knowingly. I bought from Amazon (not Amazon's fault) and directly from them, have a couple of friends and I HAVE NOT seen a battery that reads G4. They sell PRO Batteries -separately- that cost 59 dollars EACH that they say last 150 min. Batteries that are supposed to come with the device in the first place. You can read further here in amazon about the problem in some reviews. There is even a video.

I bought this product on the 3rd of Oct, it was running fine, and very good result, but now its rattelling and making a lot of noise. how do i approach customer careIts absolutely useless where customer support is concerned. and since its bought from amazon other vendors of this product do not support it.so if you buy the product consider that if it does not run there is no service or customer support.
