First of all, when I ordered, Amazon indicated that it would be delivered December 2nd or 3rd but it was delivered November 26th in time for Thanksgiving. It was easy to install in our former gas and wood fireplace and the result is very picturesque and the heat is helping our living room. Thank you, Amazon for an early delivery and Duraflame for fine fireplace log insert.

This is perfect to add some ambiance to a non working fireplace, so happy we got it before the holidays. It actually throws off a pretty decent amount of heat and the flickering light feature looks very realistic compared to other similar fireplaces I’ve seen. The remote is ideal. Would recommend! So would our dog!

Had my old Chimney closed off on the outside and kept the inside Fireplace inside. This made a great replacement for the real fire. Looks great and even has cheese fire box sound machine that makes different sound effects. When it gets cold it even doubles as a fireplace heater to put heat in the den. Great little replacement for a real fire.

This looks great and the heater worked really well to heat up our freezing front room. I liked how much you could adjust the light, the effects, the heat, etc. The only thing is that the motor is a little loud for my preference. It may not bother others, but if I found a quieter one I would totally prefer that!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my fake fireplace. It fits perfectly & looks great. It comes with a small plastic “fire cracker box” that works on batteries. I placed it on the hearth & it sounds like a crackling fire. It heats my 16 x 20 room nicely but I really bought it for the look of the burning logs. I leave the heat off. It does have a temperature control. It also comes with a remote.

The media could not be loaded. I love love love this. My fireplace doesn't work. and this is better than a real fireplace. No mess, no fuss. and the crackler is awesome, sounds just like a real fire. Also, I want to say that this seller is awesome. It said this product wasn't going to be delivered unto Nov 29 or Dec 2. I received it in 2 days. I was so shocked how fast they shipped it. and it was delivered by FedEx. That was awesome. I like it so much I just now ordered 2 more Christmas gifts. I had made separate orders because I thought to myself, oh I need to order now. so, I can give it to my daughter early at Thanksgiving so she can have a nice little fire and crackle for her Christmas morning. I was hesitant to purchase in Mid December 2023. I read a million products on Amazon and other sites. It does heat up my living room area near it which is where my sofa is so it works great for ambience and some warmth. I have central heat.This is not meant to replace a better heat source.I’ve had no issues with its performance. When I don’t need heat, I use to add a warm cozy ambiance.

Talk about making your life simpler by not having to buy Duraflame compressed logs for your fireplace. This machine is so cool and emits great heat and is about as realistic as it’s gonna get.This is a great buy!
