Bike Tow Leash Best Dog - (Add-on Dog Coupler)

I didn't understand that I had to buy the other product, your description should have made that clear. I did look all over both items trying to see how it worked. When they both have the same name and the pictures aren't clear a first time buyer like me may not understand. I lost the time I could have been using something else along with having to package this back up and mail it back plus having to watch my account to make sure my money was refunded. All this does not make me want to have any more to do with this company. Their product seems good but definately not what I thought it would be.
