this tool is well built and powerfull you get what you pay for do not second guess buy it i am a truck mechanic nor i am not paid for this review i will tell out of experience these brand of tools last as long as you respect and not abuse or over work too li do my research and only buy tools that last and i still have . remember this , a cheap tool can be a dangerous tool . places like china do not have quality control like other countries

Package arrived with broken hinge on the carrying case. Replacement being sent. If you are ordering this expecting a nice carrying case don't bother and order with the canvas bag. The little plastic pins on the hinges are cheaply made and I don't expect the replacement to hold up under normal use.

When I use it I will update my review. I just want to say that the first one i received was used. It was covered in dust and I didn’t bother opening the case. I immediately submitted for an exchange. I received the replacement today and it is nice and clean. If you order something and it’s not in the state you paid for, return or exchange it. You deserve to get what you paid for.

Finishing off our basement and laying down some carpet squares. I borrowed my brother's oscillating tool from Harbor Freight and thought I had completed the installation. I knew I wanted one of my own but I have a perception that you get what you pay for. I read reviews on Wood Magazine to get an idea of what was out there. The Bosch had a positive review so I ordered this one. Back to completing the carpet installation with thresholds, I found the need to undercut the doorframes some more. The Bosch was a much better tool. It has the slow start that makes it easier to start your cuts. And the variable speed helps keep a clean cut. The tool-free blade change is real convenient. I need to locate some extra blade types to handle other future jobs. The included storage box for the accessory blades is convenient but needs some additional thought on how to organize your various blades. It seems that you have to pull out each blade to determine which is the one you want. Overall, a good valuable tool that I'll always pick up first.

Used it for some wood work when installing a closet. Worked great. Comes complete with selection of saws. Powerful.
