Poorly Made Chair with Major Defects
This chair arrived in terrible condition. The hardware packet was already opened, and there was visible rust and a suspicious substance on the frame that looked like mold. On top of that, the bottom cushion was drilled incorrectly, so the parts didn’t even fit together during assembly.The overall quality and condition of this product were extremely disappointing. I've never received a product this poorly made before. I would not recommend this chair to anyone.

Damaged and difficult assembly
The chair itself was very difficult to put together, although the instructions were pretty clear and all parts are included. It seemed that one of the brackets didn’t align with the pre-drilled holes on the actual seat, which then led to a disalignment of the armrest. In addition, some of the garnish on the base as well as the armrest was already damaged, see photos.
