. . . they frequently don't stay sealed, despite having done everything correctly. Also, it is sometimes impossible to tell why they aren't sealing, for example, no visible hole. But the bottom line is that if they're not staying sealed, they're not much good to you - and certainly not for the price of them.Hard to clean. If you're going to do it, clean they out immediately - don't let them pile up to clean out all at once or you'll want to kill yourself for buying these. A good way to clean them out is heat a bit of water in the microwave and pour it in the bag with a drop or two of dish soap and scrub with a small brush; then rinse and hang to dry or dry them by hand.The containers are a different story. If you get the Zwilling containers with sealable lids, those are GREAT. Also, I accidentally dropped one of the glass dishes on a porcelain tile floor and it actually bounced - no breakage.The bags are a hassle.
