Works okay
It looks great and feels great with full coverage over your body. However, it does not increase the water pressure at least not for me. Also, like many others have said the O-rings are not very good and it leaks. For a cheaper shower head it's not bad.

Great But Expect To Buy Spare Parts or Fix Design Problems
So, I installed it at first hand tight. Using 3 layers of teflon tape in the appropriate direction for fittings to turn with. Now, the showerhead and sprayer both are very nice. It's got an extra mount for the sprayer so you get a pretty complete package. But, the quality of some parts and design made it a hassle and a failed attempt. The o-ring and fitting is cheap going to the pipe to your wall. It will leak a small stream of water. Now, since I hand-tightened it, the o-ring was not folding over itself so it should of just needed a little turn with a wrench to get a better seal. A small turn of the wrench and the small leak turned into spraying water. The o-ring and fitting are not a good design. The o-ring will get pushed into the pipe rather than remain in the fitting to make that seal, and because of this it simply won't make a seal properly. This makes it seem like it needed a wrench to finish the job, but really the threads were already bottomed out and it tore the threads up when I gave it a quarter turn. I got a new pipe to replace it since my threads no had an extra sharp edge to them and were at an odd angle that would surely damage other fittings. Now, the other issue is the shower arm it comes with. The fitting on the arm is one piece connected to the arm, so you have to rotate the whole thing to tighten the fitting and hope it isn't at an awkward angle for aesthetics and having proper showerhead placement.Another tidbit. The diverter is a little bit cheap. Be careful with it. Hopefully your first install goes well because if you have to undo all the fittings you may have a bad time if you only have basic tools. For instance. That shower arm I tightened enough to be centered and look correctly. It was hard to loosen it no that it was tight. The diverter is a bit small so good luck doing it by hand and not scuffing it or the arm up. If you have a vicegrip of something to secure it then do so. Remove the whole thing from the pipe to the wall and then remove the pieces. Wrap the diverter in a rag or towel in a good orientation and loosen the fitting that way if you can.Basically, spend a little bit more for an overall solidly built product. If you get this then you'll have a more troublesome install and will probably end up shelling out $20 at Home Depot anyways for a better diverter with good quality fittings. With the better Home Depot diverter it didn't leak whatsoever upon install(handtight).

Great upgrade!
I live in an apartment that gives you a tiny shower head that has no mobility, so I bought a shower head that comes with an extended one at tjmaxx and it worked well pressure was great but then it broke and didn’t look nice in general. I found this one and was really excited about using it. The rain shower feels so amazing and the extended shower head design is amazing as well. Only thing for me is I wish the extension arm for the rain shower was longer and the water pressure is stronger. The water pressure is pretty good when you are using on head at a time but when both is turned on you are not getting much pressure.

Love it
Ordered this because I always wanted a waterfall shower but I didn't have a big budget, this definitely delivered. The only thing I would say is bad about it is that the water pressure for the waterfall is really low and it is even worse if you turn the handheld shower head on at the same time

Best showerhead! Need replacement piece!
I absolutely love this showerhead! It's one of the small luxuries in my life. However, I moved homes I need a new bracket for the handheld piece to mount on the wall. Any idea where I could find just that small piece that matches the black?

A little disappointed
I was pretty excited worked amazing for the first time....then the removable shower head is like clogged somehow? I have tried just about everything to get is to work. I am pretty disappointed because my kiddo loved the shower head because it let out a lot of water but was gentle, and the dogs love it too. But I can't get any of the outside rings of water to come out except the center....

Buy suction cup hooks!
The metal V's that they give you don't hold the 2nd shower head line. I mean, they hold the weight, but you have to bend them to a U shape or when it fills with water and gets heavy it will sag and fall off the V hook. I was disappointed with this so I purchased https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JJLGL51/ and the large suction hooks are the right size. The line barely snaps in and holds well.As for the shower heads. They are exactly what you see. A waterfall showerhead and a wand with multiple spray patterns. The base that attaches to your plumbing has a selector that allows you to choose Waterfall, wand, or both. The only problem with the waterfall head is that if you angle it up it dribbles out of the bottom ones and not the top. Somewhat to be expected since it's a waterfall and doesn't allow it to put pressure from the large rubble nozzles.Overall I am content with my purchase. The garbage metal hooks should just be replaced by the manufacturer with the suction cups I posted which are curved to hold the line. Small oversight but with Prime 2 day shipping it only took me two days to get the shower perfect.

Doesn't last long.
Zero pressure. The best part is the hand held part. We have had this for a couple months now and the rain fall shower arm no longer stays tight. It keeps falling down. Had to buy a new and different shower head. The arm isn't even long enough to reach the middle of the tub. We are showering right infront of the tap. Wo t be buying this again. Gave 3 stars because it showed up on time and was easy to install and 1 part of the shower head(handhelp) has so much pressure it stings the skin. My children can't use the handheld. But I love the pressure to wash hair when you don't want to get jn the shower.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
It leaks from everywhere even using tape and the washers. The washers are too thick when the washers are too thick it takes up threaded space there is not enough threaded space on showerhead supply to tighten it properly, but other than that it leaked from everywhere else anyways.
