Quickly Became My Favorite Tent
I do a lot of camping. Usually 8-9 months a year. I have several Teton Sports products, (2 sleeping bags, sleeping bag liners, self-inflating sleep pad, pillow, backpack) and am very happy with all of them. I wanted to find a good 3-season tent. I went with this Mountain Ultra 4P. I camp alone, but don't like to be cramped into a tiny tent. So, I went with this 4P Ultra. I love it! I'm 6'1", 220 lbs., and I'm very comfortable in this tent. I've now used it for an entire season, March through mid-November, with no issues or negatives. The description lists it as a 4-Season tent. I'll go 3-Season, but would be hestitant to try this in 4 seasons. There's a lot of ventilation to this tent, so that fourth season may not work out so well. Setup is easy. The tent is sturdy. It has excellent ventilation. It has doors at both ends, with vestibules. Storage pockets inside, and a place to hang a light. Even though it's water resistant, I always waterproof and seam seal my tents. I've had no issues with leaking. Because of the ventilation quality, I've had no issues with condensation build-up. This really is a fantastic tent for my adventures. I highly recommend it.

Good camping companion
The media could not be loaded. Guys, I have tested this tent after watching some recommendation in youtube. I shall mention that I live in the extremely humid Panama (Central America), and I have tested this tent twice. I have tried the tent in the middle of the rainy season, it has performed well with light rain, however, I havent tried the rainfly potency with a proper, full rain (I am willing to risk and I will inform you guys). I havent seeing any reviews on this tent from someone of Costa Rica, so heres my review from Panama. The average temperature here is 31C and humidity is 90%+ the tent did well, the two doors gave me full ventilation and the transparency of the principal structure allowed me to look at the sky during the night. About condensation, no noticeable condensation on the walls (if any), great space in the inside with pockets for your things. I did notice some condensation in the floor (the soil was humid thou), but I think is something that could be solved with a footprint, in fact I bought recently the Teton sports one for this model (very hard to fine) and still need to try it. The tent is easy to install, I have the 3 persons version and its a perfect size for two adults and a kid (probably can fit an adult there comfortably). Please look at the pictures so you can have an idea of the size. So far I am impressed with the product, but again, the final veredict is a furious tropical rain, I will keep you guys post it.Update: Visit no. 4 to the mountains, with strong winds, tropical rain and temperatures between 16 -18C. I am very surprised, no condensation observed using the footprint, no filtrations so far, and it was warm when I most need it to be. The tent performed very well in a climate with serious winds, taking of course the precautions (adding aditional support, attached to the trees). Great tent so far.

Great value, very well made tent, cheap tent stakes
I bought a 2 person mountain Ultra a few months ago, and found it very well made except for the stakes. I liked it enough that I just purchased the 4 person. I use them for motorcycle camping. For that, the 4 person makes more sense. It is only a bit larger packed, but has roughly 2x the interior volume. Both are quite heavy for backpacking, but are just about perfect for motocamping. About the stakes. Just plan on buying better tent stakes. I couldn't understand why Teton Sports only includes 10 stakes when the setup is best with 12....until I tried to set it up with 12 (borrowing 2 from the other tent). The 2 side stakes immediately pulled out of the ground with just a gentle breeze. TS knows they just won't work. So much about this tent is above expected quality, it is disappointing that TS cheaped out on the stakes. Just budget another $10 or so for better stakes and you will have a great tent. Super waterproof (especially with a coating of Scotch Guard on the rainfly), great ventilation, even with the rainfly fulling buttoned down. Very happy with both, but I just like the greater space in the 4 person. BTW, because they are essentially the same design, they take about the same time to put up. Maybe 10% longer for the 4 person getting the rainfly in place.
