This camera is just all right. The sound quality and video quality is just okay. I know this does not seem terribly helpful. Its good for amateurs who are using it for general use. Not good for Vlogging or serious projects as such. If you want it to record family vacations or playing with friends then it would work well. The instructions were not great and informative at all. Really must learn this on your own. They do not make it easy and learning it on your own is frustrating.I would like to make an addition. The company emailed me asking more questions about my experience. Namely, how I found this product frustrating. I would like to post my response. I am finding the product frustrating because the instructions were poorly written. I am sure this is no fault of your own, maybe there was a translation mishap? I can use the camera fine, as in turning it on/off and charging. But the features are not usable to me. Again, this has to do with instructions more than anything. I feel if the instruction booklet was well written and informative in a way I can easily understand, I would gladly give this product a higher star rating on Amazon. The operation is fine for what we use it for. But if I were to produce Vlogs, I would want a higher quality camera.

I love this it is really worth the money in my mind when I was looking for a camcorder I was shocked at the price of them when I found this i was super happy I got this for my little brother for chrismas and he loves this It looks really nice and I love all that this came with I like the fact that this is not super cheaply made and looks like some of the more expensive ones and dose a lot of the same things and I am not grate at figureing out new things so It toke my about 20 mins to figure it out so I could show my brother and I am very happy with this and when I figured it out it was really easy to use.

I recently purchased and received this camera, because it had the one feature I wish my other camera had. A remote control. As with anything, as there are pros there are cons as well. In this case it's the sound quality. It's not adequate for the most part. If there was an external mic jack as a solution to the problem, but I don't see one. Any who, I am still going to keep the camera, just wish there was a way to fix the volume issue.

Daughter loved this camera. Was easy to use. Microphone broke off and now she can no longer create videos with sound.

Hard for me to figure out how to use it. I'm not a complete idiot but I'm having a really hard time figuring out how to change from recording to taking pictures and back again. The instruction book is not written very well so for me it didn't help. What I was able to capture was great.The picture and sound were amazing. I would recommend it to others but it may take a long time to figure it out.

We purchased in March and used the camera three times and has been charged only once upon purchase. When trying to charge it for the second time, the charging outlet in the camera has broken free from the outer case and not does not hold the plug in place so the unit can charge. The customer service is great with this company. They are sending out a new one immediately. I am excited to use it again this summer! It was easy to work when recording a video. The only other feature we wished it had was pause during recording but we just edit where we need to.

There is NOT an HDMI cable I n the package like the description says. The cable is an SD RCA cable.You get what you pay for, don't expect an awesome camera at this price point. In fact, do NOT expect to use the HDMI out port at all. I purchased two of these planning to use them as inputs to a live video mixing system. One of the cameras only sends audio over HDMI, no video. The other one sends video but with two huge problems. the video is squished what looks like beyond 4:3. The settings for TV out are NTSC or PAL. Zero other settings. I tried both with no change. Second problem? The menu and battery icons are also sent via HDMI without any way to turn them off, oh and they are not squished, They fill the 16:9 input just like on the display.Even if the video was not squished and even if they both worked the last issue is enough to make them useless for HDMI out. I am returning both of them

Nice camera for beginners. The zoom feature is poor, not a long enough zoom. Also, the zoom control is not smooth, meaning that it zooms in / out with a small "skip". The audio is also lacking, while it is decent for up close videos, it has poor internal microphone features for anything distant.If the microphone and zoom were better, I'd give this a five star rating.
