Issue with cleaning
While the over works perfectly well, the biggest inconvenience is its cleaning. It’s hard to get water and dirt that get in between the double glass layer and then to remove the grease from the oven inside… and you can’t use the oven cleaners sold at the supermarkets because it will damage your oven…

I tried to open the oven door but it wouldn’t open, and when I tried again, the door broke—even though I had only used it for a few days. Now, there are no spare parts available for it.
