Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Just the best cleaning gadget ever! I love it. I've got a tiled kitchen floor that collects so many crumbs over a day. This has been amazing. It comes with clear English instructions to help out it together. There's spare set of brushes and mop patches. There's a remote with batteries included. It was so easy to use and with so many great functions. The cleaner finds its way to the charging port automatically and stays there until it's needed. It can be controlled by the remote, manually with a button on the machine, a phone app and the best one being my speaker. I tell it to start vacuuming and it sets the cleaner off. It works it way around the kitchen in rows but it can be set to just do the edges. There's a mop function as well if you change the rear cassette to the water tub that's included. It mops the floor as it cleans too. I was really surprised how much dirt it actually picked up as I normally sweep daily. I've now set up a schedule for it to clean late at night when there's no one in the kitchen. It's quiet so I don't notice it either. Once it's done it just returns to its charging point ready for the next call. It runs ok on carpet although I don't really use it for that.

It is 2 in 1 robot and it is vacuuming and moping a floor which is amazing and working great! Of course you can change it only to vacuuming if you using that on the carpet.. easy to use with remote control and mobile phone appI would strongly recommend that if you want to safe time on floor cleaning as it will do a job for you

I was initially quite nervous about spending a large amount of money on such a small device I thought how could it be worth it, but I have been pleasantly surprised. My ground floor is made of 80% hard-wood floor and the kitchen is lino. There is a fairly large joining bar in the door frame which I presumed would be too high for the robot. Yet again, I was incorrect.The vacuum cleaner is very easy to set up, can be controlled by app or remote and within 5 minutes of unboxing it was ready to use. The robot drives around the room sweeping things into it's path to suck up, and senses when it is close to a wall/chair/obstacle and will navigate round it. Sometimes it will hit the object but very gently and has a cushion so the item and robot are protected.I've had the robot work for around 30 minutes each day before driving itself back to the dock and charging up and the amount of dirt is picks up is amazing. It might not be the most powerful suction, but as it goes around automatically, it picks up the large portion of dirt, dust, hair and other bits that make their way onto the floor.There is even a great mop attachment that drip feeds water onto a cloth and is dragged around after sucking up dirt. The robot doesnt miss a spot in any room and is so clever it will take itself home when it needs to charge! I'm so happy I bought this device and think my daily/weekly cleaning will be more than halved!!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The two stand outs for me on this Vac are: The App and Alexa control are so easy to operate. Being wireless rather than having to be in line of sight makes all the difference and the App gives a lot more control than a remote. The suction. I've got a 1200Pa robot vacuum and it is not worth the money spent on it. If you are going to get ne of these then get a more powerful one like this, that way they can take the pet hairs off rugs and carpets rather than just working on hard floors.

It’s saved me a lot of time and gotten to areas I can’t reach, namely under the bed and in my closet (which is carpeted). I didn’t realise how dusty my home was till I got it. I think the fact that it’s closer to the floor makes the suction better than a vacuum with a long hose. Very easy to empty.Now bear in mind that this is quite a stupid vacuum cleaner, which makes it somewhat endearing. Quite like that intern at work thats trying to be helpful but sometimes gets stuck and makes a train wreck of things. It gets stuck under my shoe rack and when trying to climb the window ledge (as pictured above). Quite reminds me of my first hedgehog. This means you can’t let it work whilst you’re out of the house. I did that twice. Once I came home to it stuck on my table leg and the second time it was tangled in the rug, causing its brush bristles to deform. It’s also quite strong and has pushed my computer chair and dining chairs around the house. It performs more like something that costs £120 because the AI doesn’t seem very developed. It’s also quite noisy. Not as noisy as a regular hoover but I wouldn’t describe it as quiet like others have done.I’ve not used the mop function because I can’t be bothered changing the compartment. Overall I’m happy with it, but in hindsight would have probably gotten a cheaper robot if they’re both going to be as incompetent.

I did trouble shooting with amazon. Didn't work so we sended back. When we get money back? Propably when all prices back to normal and I'll have to back to my James hoover.I'm really happy with this purchase. Robot cleans all spots in weird way.. Is going from one room to another and back on Auto mode. My floor is finally clean every day which make feel much better... Watching this robot how works hypnotise me 😂 I have toddler and long hair dog. After finishing 1st floor tank was full and hair bruch need to be cleaned but that shows only how efficient is this hoover. I'm really happy to finally decide to buy it :)
