Convenient but not very accurate
Itβs very convenient but the accuracy on the one I just used could have been better. It consistently measured between 0.5-1.5 mmol/L higher than blood tests when testing myself and was 1.5 over against a professional lab blood measurement (6.1 vs 4.6). All this was taking into account any timing differences by taking the closest number over ten minutes or so.

Regrettably a failed unit
I have used this product before and it was reliable and my rating is on previous usage. Unfortunately this particular unit failed after 1 hour of operation. It may have just have been a unlucky failure as there was no impacts or changes to its operation. I have returned the faulty item and await a replacement and will comment further if and when it arrives.

Acceptable accuracy for flash sugar level monitoring.
Unacceptable poor delivery with Hermes but I guess we can blame only the seller. The package arrived 3 days later and damaged. The levels are a little lower in the first day but it seems to be calibrating itself.Easy to apply.I guess if you are using the phone app and you can afford 100 pounds per month it worth the price.Currently waiting for the G6 from Dexcom to compare the accuracy between them.

Really helpful product, gets blood glucose levels without the hassle of finger-pricking method
Really helpful product, to get constant 1 x minute readings without the hassle of the finger-pricking blood-drop method. Helps keep hands free of having to constantly give blood-drops, and be at risk of infection.I am personally a non-diabetic who finds this device really helpful for managing fatigue, and looking-out for and preventing the first signs of diabetes, in my NHS healthcare work in this Coronavirus pandemic.Personally I cannot fault the product, but it would be really helpful to have the memory on the device upgraded from 8 to 24 hours. This is for those people who cannot bring mobile phones into environments with sensitive medical equipment (possible by having a user-selected granularity of 1 - 5 minutes, which would also possibly extend battery life). Also if it could test for Cholesterol and Uric Acid this would complete everything. Some manual finger-pricking blood-drop test kits are now combining Blood-Glucose, Cholesterol and Uric Acid in the same test for a full set of blood results.Otherwise, a great product, well worth getting.

Goods delivered with imminent Use by date. Disappointing
The items arrived 8/12/22 with a use by date of 31/12/22, manufactured in August 2021. So old stock, as compared with units currently supplied by chemists et with a late 2023 sell by date.

Has made my life so much easier with hypoglycaemic unawareness.
A miraculous little invention that has made my life so much easier with hypoglycaemic unawareness, as an alarm notifies the wearer of a potential low blood sugar before it occurs. It has given me back my confidence in both living alone and in mixing with others. (I was accused of being drunk on 2 occasions when mixing with people who did not know me well, it makes you reluctant to go out). However the sensors are expensive for those on limited income if you are unable to have them prescribed through the NHS. Hopefully the price will decrease as time goes by.

Accurate
My daughter has been using Libre for 4 years and recently was moved for Libre 2 by her diabetes consultant. I have to say that was wasn't so keen of this as the readings weren't so accurate. After her first Libre 2 sensor I was surprised by the accuracy. Everytime that I was getting the low alarm , she was really low . The alarms are really helpful and this has pushed her to put an effort in managing her own diabetes. The only issue is the amount of times that the sensor comes off before those 14 days. We always have to tape it with some tape .
