BoironSinusalia Sinus Relief, 60 Tablets

I have always had allergies and sinus headaches, but the older I have gotten - the worse they've gotten. I have several really nasty sinus headaches a month. This product is outstanding. I don't have to take Sudafed hardly *ever* these days, and when I do, it's usually because I don't have access to Sinusalia (I really should carry some with me.)Gone are the days are a headache made even worse by having to take Sudafed and feeling all dried out, on top of having the pressure and pain in my skull. Gone are the days of taking two 500mg Tylenol every few hours to keep the mind numbing, nauseating pain at bay that lives just behind my left eyeball and pounds on my ear drum. (I sometimes retain fluid behind the ear drum when my left sinuses aren't draining properly, this adds ear pressue/ache to my issues.) And GONE are the days of even low-dose Sudafed giving me the jitters and making me nauseous. <--- I'm already an anxious, twitchy person. I don't need to make it worse, thank you very much.Not only do I adore this product, but my father, husband, and grandmother are all converts now, too! My Grandma, sadly, doesn't partake in the wonders of the internet, so we just make sure to order an extra box for her. My Dad was limited with what he could take OTC, thanks to prescription drugs, and Sinusalia is a product he can use without it interacting with his existing medications.Most of the time, when I feel my sinus troubles acting up, it only takes 1 tablet for me. It is less common that I need to take 2 of them at a time. Never in my life did I think I would find something holistic that would help as much as this has. I tell everyone with sinus issues and allergies about it!

My left year had been clogged for months, and I was not able to make it to the doctor's appointments because of random work-related obligations. My hearing was impaired and I was avoiding social gatherings because it was very difficult to carry conversations even with the softest background music on. After another one week, my clogged ear popped and I was able to hear again! I was shocked. My eyelids tend to get puffy after being outside for a long period of time, and this product works magic for that too - my facial swelling is almost instantly gone.Now I take oen dose a day, and I'm protected from allergy symptoms. When my workload is not as crazy as it has been, I will go see a doctor for some expert medical opinions and advice, but for now, I use this product every day, and I'm happy that I found it!

I’ve had painful, chronic sinusitis for 30+ years that often causes headaches and triggers debilitating migraines. I’ve tried heating pads on my neck, cold cloths on my eyes, ingesting less sodium/more water, prescription steroidal sinus sprays and Sumatriptan, ibuprofin, netti pot, etc. All have helped to some degree, but I would still have frequent sinus pain and 2-7 migraines per month. I started taking the Boiron Sinusalia Sinus Relief tabs a few weeks ago and the worst of the pain and congestion is gone! It’s still winter, so I don’t think the relief is from a change in the weather, but I’ll have to wait and see. I continue to limit sodium and use the netti pot and heating pad, but the pain is bearable now so I’ve been able to cut way back on the drugs. So worth it! I ordered more boxes to keep on hand so I don’t run out.

So it seems like there is a lot of biased reviews here to boost sales, but this one is not. I can promise you that.I used to never get sinus headaches. I didn't even know what that meant until my early 20's. Then I started getting them when I bought my own home and mowing and weedeating my own grass. Like clockwork I get them and last almost exactly 36 hours. It sucks the life out of me and even laying down in a cool, dark room hurts. 100% sinus related.Anyways, this stuff seems to work for me, but it isn't very strong. It seemed to mask my sinus pain and make it go away for 3-4 hours. It turns a dull headache to a gone headache and a full blown headache to a light dull headache. It definitley helps. Being an all natural product (supposedly) is important to me because I hate living on medicine that kills your liver.I'll update my review if I notice anything different, but it seems to work so far. It's worth a shot.

I live in a hot, humid climate that my sinuses do not like. Sinus pressure, especially that feeling that I am walking around with a clothespin on my nose all day, is pretty much a given on days when the heat and humidity are way up. In the past I found relief with pseudoephedryn, but I realized after a while that I had become addicted to the energy high it gives in addition to the sinus relief, so much so that I could feel the "crash" come on when it wore off, and found myself taking more pseudoephedryn to avoid that crash. Phenylephrine HCL seems to work as well for me without the high and crash, so I was taking that for a while until I decided to buy some on Amazon and came across this homeopathic alternative instead and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical that something "natural" was going to be as effective, but I didn't like the idea of filling my body with chemicals on a daily basis. After two weeks of use, I can say with confidence that Sinusalia works for my problem, and I usually feel relief within 10 to 15 minutes, which is even faster than the phenylephrine works. I can't say how it would work for severe congestion or sinus pain since I haven't had the occasion to use it for that, but for that nagging sense of pressure I've always had it really does work, and two tablets in the morning seem to be all I need. Now I'm browsing Amazon to see what other homoepathic remedies Boiron offers!
