Helped my leg cramps and with plantar fascitis heel pain
These are great! It took a few weeks, maybe a couple months or so, but by consistently using them in my slippers and wearing those slippers when at home, my plantar fascitis is GONE. I can walk barefoot again without worry! I still keep these in my slippers and wear my slippers around the house much of the time because my feet tend to get cold otherwise, but I don't have any pain when I walk barefoot anymore. I didn't have to do any special exercises or wear any special splints at night like some of my friends have had to do, either. I'm so happy with these that I bought several pair. I've also gotten used to them, and they don't feel weird to stand on (or walk on). I highly recommend them to anyone with achy feet and/or plantar fascitis. Your feet get a nice little massage as you walk ;)Original review below:It took some time to get used to these, they do feel a bit odd at first, and they're still not completely comfortable to stand on for long periods, but are comfortable to walk in. I actually put them in my slippers since I don't wear shoes in the house, and that's what I needed them for. I noticed my leg cramps stopped almost immediately, like within a day or two, and I have almost no heel pain from plantar fascitis anymore after wearing these just in my slippers for a few weeks or so now. The nubs are a little hard and take some getting used to for walking and aren't really comfortable for standing still for more than about 30 minutes, which is why I gave only 4 stars instead of 5.

Pain from ankle to back is gone
I have flat feet, plantar fasciitis, tendentious in my ankle, knee pain, sciatica pain in my hip, back spasms from whiplash. I tried this as soon as I got them unfortunately without socks the first time. My feet got extremely sore, but then I notices my other pains had all subsided. The next day I put on socks and put them in my crocs to work. There was a mild discomfort in my feet but worth it to have my other pains all gone!! My feet are getting use to them as I continue to wear them and the pain is gone. I wore a pair of crocs that didn't have them in and the pain started to come back. Ordering more pairs so I don't have to move them from shoes to shoes. Well worth the price! Never got this much relief from my $400plus professional orthotics.

Really good for the price
Firstly, I think the word "massage" is a little misleading, and so I can see why expectations would not be met, and some would find these uncomfortable. Traditionally, Eastern acupressure techniques use wooden tools to get into problem areas. It's frequently uncomfortable and sometimes very painful, and these are the spots that a practitioner will go for with even more gusto, in order to help open the energy flow. It doesn't feel the same way that most western acupressure sessions I've had feel - which are very cushy and relaxing. So if you're buying these expecting that they're going to be relaxing and massaging, then this is probably not the right product for you.I have a pair of more expensive acupressure sandals which I really like, but can't wear for more than 15-20 minutes at a time, and I needed something a little more practical for work, where I'm on my feet most of the shift. They're not uncomfortable, i don't think. The notches on the arch are much bigger so you feel those immediately. I've been wearing them the last 6 hours and I've noticed that some of the pain I usually have in my feet is gone so they seem to be working so far. I do wish the nodes on the toes were a little bigger but for the most part, I genuinely think that these are the best value for the price.

Simple use
The product is simple enough to use and the price was the appeal. Definitely a good buy.

After only 1 day these things dug into my feet and rubbed until they started to cause blisters.

OMG I love these!!!
These inserts are like a dream come true!!! I wear the Adissage Addidas slides whenever I’m not at work because I have severe plantar fasciitis in my left foot. Those are the only shoes that allow me to walk without pain. I was wondering why there weren’t a plethora of shoe inserts like the adissage slippers for people with plantar fasciitis. So I saw these and figured I’d take a chance. INSTANT RELEIF in my heel. They just came in today so I cut them down to size and put them in my work shoes. I will say, the arch on the insert is a little too far up my foot, but I think I can cut them a little more to customize them to my foot shape, but overall…they are making my feet very happy. YES, the packaging is completely in Korean, but this isn’t my first rodeo with cut to fit shoe inserts, because I’ve tried a lot. I go back to work tomorrow (I work in healthcare) and will be on my feet for atleast 12 hours. If they hurt I’ll come back and update my review. Also, just for reference, my work shoes are the Hoka Bondi 8.

Do not expect them to be soft...that is the point
We are so used to extra-cushioned shoes that we have lost the ability to walk barefoot. The insoles simulate the texture and feeling of walking barefoot, which helps with my plantar fasciitis and Morton's neuroma. If you are not used to walking barefoot, is better to use them only at home while you get used to them.

Couldn't get the weird smell out of them enough to ever use them
I bought these a year ago and still haven't been able to use them. They have a weird and horrible smell, like plastic mixed with perfume? I have tried everything I can think of to de-stink them, but I just can't get the smell out and I really don't want my shoes and my feet to have to stink like this. Maybe it wouldn't bother someone else, but I can't stand it. They look like they would work fine, in the shoe, but I can't say for sure because I wasn't able to try them due to the smell.
