Love this!!
I have severe dry eyes and im on xiidra as well and i have tried so many OTC products for daily use in conjunction with my prescription medication. I used to use refresh omega 3 preservative free all the time but then it just wasn't cutting it anymore and i was having to stick drops in every hour. I tried several other products like ivizia and baush & laumb soothe. They didn't work either. I was going through a bottle of ivizia a week. Ive notice that after i started using this i dont have to put them in as often. Ive been using one of the two bottles i bought since the 23rd of December and it's still half full. Im going to keep using this product and just remember to order it a week in advance so i don't run out. Super happy that i gave this a try!!!

Holy grail - my search is over
I have severe dry eye. After having a septoplasty with turbinate reduction to reduce the massively eye-drying effect of nasal sprays and decongestants, I am doing another trial of Restasis. I also have punctal plugs. I am also unable to use anything with preservatives. This year so far, I've spent almost $300 on Systane Ultra PF single-use ATs. Having not dipped in the hyaluronic acid world, I found these and thought why not give it a whirl? What's another $13 on eye drops? But these work. Really, really well for me, even with contacts in and in drafty environments. Try them if you've really struggled with everything else. My quality of life has actually improved from these drops.

A good price for a good product.
I’ve been using these eyedrops for years. The seller offered a good price, and they arrived quickly.

Only been using for few days but believe these are best best eye drops I’ve ever used. They’ve made a big difference; I intend to keep using.

Best Dry Eye Treatment Ever!
I love these drops! I have a moderate dry eye condition and have tried many varieties and types of dry eye relief including prescription types. These have finally solved my issues to get me through the day comfortably, even during allergy season! They not only moisturize but handle the inflammation as well. I didn't realize that it's a two-fold issue. Just adding more moisture wasn't the answer for me. I will buy it again and again!

Nice drops, interesting feeling
I didn’t think these worked at first. But I was desperate with dry eyes from several auto immune diseases, so I tried again. And while they do have a drying sensation, they actually do make my eyes feel lubricated. Overall they are actually really nice; just a bit weird to get used to feeling like I have drier eyes at first.

No substitute for an NHS appointment.
I've just been diagnosed with narrow angle closure where pressure can build up in the eye. Well I say 'just', I was diagnosed back in November 2022 by my optician who has asked my doctor to urgently refer me to the eye hospital for a procedure. (I have no idea what procedure or how to look after my eye in the meantime or what to expect).I spoke to my doctor on the phone who seemed totally depressed by the whole lack of appointments and current pressures and the only thing he could offer me was medication to sedate me and help me sleep until an appointment becomes available! We are living in some kind of dystopian nightmare where our only option is to be sedated until we can be helped. In just 10 years the NHS has gone from being the envy of the world to being some kind of sick lottery. Now it's the 6th January 2023 and I still don't have an appointment. Actually, I did get an appointment... For July 2023 apparently, but no one told me until I received a letter today to say my appointment had been rejected by the eye hospital. No one knows why... Not the hospital or my GP. It just looks like I'm going to have to go blind before I can actually get any help with this.So I'm in pain, my eye feels like I've got something in it, my vision is fuzzy, peripheral vision is patchy and I have zero clue what to do...But the good news is, these eye drops have helped. They haven't stopped the pain but at least I feel like I'm doing something to help myself. I honestly don't know if these drops will make my eye any worse or any better, but this is the only thing I have and they're helping with the anxiety of trying to get seen by a medical professional who might be able to help me and prevent my sight from getting any worse. When I run out of these drops I'll buy them again. I tend to use them in the morning and at night. They lubricate my eye and let me rest better than I would do without them.So these eye drops might not be a substitute for an NHS appointment, but for now they're the closest I can get to medical treatment.Update: I've now had an appointment with a private company on behalf of the NHS who are obviously being used to get waiting lists down. They were no help at all and gave no guidance of what to do. So my eyes still hurt and I still can't focus on anything but at least I have these drops from Amazon.

This product is a wonderful solution to help anyone with dry eyes. One drop is sufficient to give immediate relieve to the discomfort of dry eyes. I have been using this for about 7 years now. I buy it from Amazon instead of my optician or local pharmacist as the price is very competitive and it is delivered to my door. Over the years I have been using this I have had no adverse reactions. My eyes are very sensitive to the environment. I would recommend this product.

Lifesaver!
I have suffered with a repeated cornial abrasion now since November 2017 and no drops/creams worked for me until I was given this by the hospital. I started with 5 drops a day in my eyes which I have now cut down to 3 times, once in the morning, once half way through the day and once before bed and I have to say that they help massively and I very rarely get an issue with my eye now.Brilliant drops and not a bad price for comfort!!

the best thing for dry eye syndrome
if you suffer with dry eye syndrome this is the stuff to use, i have suffered terrible sore itchy eyes for the last week and my local chemist didn't have this, so i have ordered with 24hr delivery and received it the afternoon and within an hour of using my eyes feel better and at the time of writing 11.35 pm my lids feel better and my eye feels almost normal, i worked in optics for 30 years and we sold this to people with dry eye, it's expensive but you really do get what you pay for, it's not easy to apply but it's really good, if you're reading this and suffering i would suggest getting some Blephaclean wipes and Optrex actimist spray which will help but definitely get this product, also ab eyebag which is a sort of eyemask bean bag you heat in the microwave and rest on your eyes for 10 to 15 mins, it releases eye liquids which help greatly, be careful its not too hot though before putting on your eyes.
