Wow, these pillows are the best! They are very soft, but still supportive. I was relieved to find that my tag stated 50% nylon, since most of the negative reviews occurred when the tag problem was going on. I noticed that some people complained about how they were wrapped in shrink wrap, and it was difficult to cut it off. I just found the end and unrolled it like a spool of thread, and the pillows started growing as they were unwrapped. I don't know if they were full size that first night, but they seemed to reach full size almost immediately, and as there was no smell of any sort, we used them that first night. The past four nights of sleep have been the best ever, and I would highly recommend these pillows and this seller!

I bought this pillow and had it in the spare bedrrom. I changed the pillowcase last night and noticed that the tag had been cut off of one side and and another had been sewn onto the other side. I think this is SO shady. I actually cut the pillow open where the tag was missing. I pulled out the filling and there were only a few bits of latex thrown into a polyester filling!!!! What a scam! I'm not even sure that the cover is made from bamboo. I'm really annoyed that I didn't see this earlier because you can't return after 30days. Unfortunately it was not used much as I had it in a guest bedroom. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Just go to target and get a cheap pillow for less than half the price of this one.

I have been trying out shredded memory foam pillows and wanted to give this kind a try. This is a completely different animal. It's a down alternative pillow. It is extremely soft. So soft it offers little to no support. It sinks down almost completely wherever weight is applied. I would say it's for people who like a very thin pillow, or as a topper pillow when using 2 pillows. I don't like it on its own.Other reviewers have mentioned the tag not stating any latex materials. My pillow actually has a tag missing/torn off of one end. And a new tag on the other end. The new tag has latex listed on it (see picture). The fill material clumps up and really can't be beat into submission like other pillows to smooth it out. It comes so rolled up tight in a wad that it never seems to recover from shipping. We've beaten, fluffed, shaken, thrown Holy Water on it to get the evil spell off of it to no avail. It also feels "under filled" with material. Lay your head on it and all the material pushes away in a few turns of the head, next thing you're laying only on the fabric covering. Maybe get two or three pillows and gut them out to fill ONE pillow? Yeah, that's worth it right?

It's OK, but flattens out more than I thought it would. I wouldn't buy it again.

I'm a complete pillow snob (a real life Princess and the Pea) - and I love this pillow! I am a side/stomach/occasional back sleeper and it is almost impossible to find the right pillow. Latex foam has been the best option so far, but I decided to try this one. I took a few nights to get used to it, but now I love it - it is a perfect combination of firm support without being hard and hurting your ears. I have tossed $60-70 dollar pillows into the guest bed due to them being uncomfortable... Love this one and will buy more!

Garbage. You can feel the chunks of batting inside (which are normal polyfill), and they went flat after a couple nights of use. I followed the directions to fluff them after shipping, and they lasted a couple nights before becoming flat and lumpy.Also the reviews are mostly fake: I used a site to check reviews for authenticity (after I bought them: shame on me) and it had a 42% accuracy rating. These are total trash and a WalMart $10 pillow is better than these.

This is a good pillow if you are searching for a very soft pillow. Do not get this pillow if you need a firm pillow at all. my husband loves this pillow but I personally cannot sleep on it because it gives me a migraine if I do. But it did not have any odors emitting from it and my husband sleeps really well on it.
