Love It
Ever since I was a kid, I have been unable to squat to pee without making a mess of myself! Now that I have started riding my trike, I began my search for a solution and this fits the bill. I have not really needed the expansion tube. The case is rather large - like a hard plastic sunglasses case.Whether you are looking for a way to relieve yourself on the trails, or in those nasty.bathrooms or outhouses, the SheeWee fits the bill. A little pricey, but if it were ever lost, I would promptly replace it.Update - since my initial purchase, I have much more hands on experience and the opportunity to compare the Shewee with the Freshette. Honestly, I really like both of them. They both have their pros and cons. The Shewee is much smaller and easier to conceal and it also requires less water to rinse after use. The coating on the Shewee is great. With a bit of vigorous shaking, you could get away with washing it when you have access to a water supply. The Shewee requires MUCH more precise placement, but with practice and care works GREAT. The Freshette is much more forgiving of placement and tends to be much easier to use with bulky clothing like coveralls.I also purchased the Shewee X-Front underwear and LOVE them! I wish I could afford to buy more of them - the are comfortable, well made, and make using the Shewee even easier. My only issur with the Shewee is the precise angle required to prevent making a mess. This angle may be impossible to achieve without dropping your pants (just a bit) with some pants. So, which FUD I take with me is now dictated by the clothing I wear. But, do to the Shewee's small size I do try to dress so that it will work. I am very glad that I have both of them and don't think I will ever go back to living without a FUD!!!

im buying a different one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the first time I used it, it worked great in the bathroom but it was horrible when I really needed it on the river. the funnel is not wide enough for me at least, got my warm layers wet! I would suggest a bigger or wider funnel for that matter the compact design is nice but doesn't work for me.

good product and word up to home nurses!
i bought it because i go to music festivals and concerts and the facilities there are portapots, or the bathroom facilities may be messy. the olive drab case is very discreet, disappears in your purse. an unexpected bonus use - i am a home nurse and the bathrooms in some peoples' homes are not at all clean and for several reasons this is a subject that we can't make an issue of with our employer or clients' family. the negatives are - the material is not as liquid repellent as the manufacturer would lead you to believe, you have to watch your dexterity and mind the case, the shewee and the tp. it would be a drag if you dropped it anywhere in a portapot.

Very handy and easy to use!
This is my first exposure to lady peeing devices, but I'm pretty confident that I got the perfect one. My job at times doesn't cater to those who must sit down to pee, so most of us ladies just invest in one of these. All of my (female)coworkers agreed that the silicone based FUDs are too soft and bendy to get a proper fit or work properly, so I got this Shewee which is basically a hard plastic ergonomic funnel with an attachable rubber 'hose'.As my coworkers also advised, I did practice a few times while standing in the shower- kind of weird and gross, I know, but it is far better to practice then and there than to have any surprises later while you are camping, hiking, at a festival, on a road trip, or any other situation that could potentially become difficult and embarrassing!! The hardest part about using this is getting over the initial 'Oh God I'm wetting my pants right now' feeling that you're likely to have when using it. Haha. The name Shewee cracks me up, it's really easy to use, easy to clean, and easy to travel with in the discreet little case that it comes with. I highly recommend having one, even if it's only for emergencies!

I peed myself three times now using this.
It doesn’t really work for me, after a lot of practice, I still pee myself, and I have to change underwear and pants. It’s better to just scoot down and pee for free.

Never leaving without it again.
I have started a journey of walking the entire Ice Age National Scenic Trail that is here in Wisconsin. After having a near accident I decided I was going to buy a Shewee to help while I'm out on the trail. It's supposed to go between your lady lips. And put ALOT of pressure on the part that touches your bum. You want it looser in the front. That's the secret no wet pants. Trial run at home in the toilet or the bathtub. FYI you don't need to stand IN the bath tub to pee into the tub. When I trial ran it I stood outside of the tub so my feet were still positioned as normal. It has a antibacterial coating on it, you might get some droplets on the inside of the case when you store it but just clean everything when you get home. Pee is sterile so don't worry about any of that. Pack some toilet paper or some wipes. I have a backpacking backpack and I keep my water bladder/hydration system in the backpack along with a roll of toilet paper, bug spray and my shewee. I don't do any overnight trips but all day hikes are common. Eventually I will end up doing a overnight trip here or there. I'm not camping or hiking without my shewee ever again. It's a total game changer and with how its designed it's drip free once your done. If you want to wipe out of habit go for it but it's not necessary. Just clean everything when you get home. Your out in the great outdoors your going to be sweaty and dirty anyways just embrace it! Happy Trails everyone! Love this thing.

Great idea but not easy to use
I really like this concept and will continue to "work" with my Shewee in hopes that I can perfect the use of it. I don't have the angle right, or something..., which lends to leaks and wet pants. I will post again if I figure it out consistently.
