A little pricey, but I could not find dried ancho or guajillo peppers anywhere in my afraid-of-spice midwestern town. Used them to make the best-ever enchilada sauce. Now just telling myself to bite the bullet and spend the money for another pack to make some mole sauce.

They were the real deal.

I have purchased this variety pack of chilies numerous times and every time I use every one of them up. I highly recommend this purchase.

It comes well packaged, I got the 3 different ones, the price is good it was cheaper to get all three together if you a person how loves Alyce and cooks a lot is worth getting all three , plus they can be use for a lot different dishes . the quality of the peppers are better then what I was expecting, they also smell strong spicy in a good way 🌶️ I use them to make aguachiles rojos.. I recommend to wash them before use ..

Great value for the price, and the peppers themselves were in great condition when they arrived. I used them immediately for a recipe that turned out to be FIRE and will definitely order them again when I make birria in the future.
