My First Curious George Padded Board Book

Adorable - we love George!

Books are perfect replacements for cards with gifts for babies and young children and really not very expensive when compared to cards now days. I always buy a little book rather than a card for new baby gifts or birthday gifts for young children. I’m hoping parents will read to their children and instill in them a love of books and learning.

Bought this for my 2 year old grandson. It’s made of nice thick cardboard which should hold up well. My grandson loves monkeys, and the story and illustrations are cute and colorful.

This was the exact book I had been looking for to give to our great-grandson. His dad always loved Curious George so I wanted his son to have a copy of this book,

If I had noticed this version of Curious George is abridged for younger readers, I wouldn't have purchased it. It is chopped up and much is left out. Much of the charm of the story is missing. I will buy the original version when my grandson is older.
