Prompt efficient service,however the product isnt perfect.Some of the touch screen operations dont respond but it is so much hassle changing phones again i dont think i can be bothered trying to resolve it

Ordered this phone on Tuesday and received on Thursday was told by Amazon it wouldn't be here until Saturday, first class service and also received a free case as a thank you. The phone is exactly as described and very easy to use as it's similar to the one I had, will definitely recommend to family and friends

PHONE WAS ADMIN AND IT PROTECTED
If you could put zero stars I would, the phone was admin and IT protected. It belonged to or belongs to a company. Yes I understand it was refurbished, but if your going to sell something, at least ensure it works first.
