Smith Outlier 2 XL Sunglasses

I don't understand why I see some bad reviews here. I wouldn't listen to them, first the chromapop lense are unbelievable, especially the brown lenses that are unbelievable to view, just as good as Maui Jim's, Costa, any of the top of lines. The Brown lenses are especially great for dusk or dawn, much brighter/crisp yet still protect very well from midday sun. I get compliments about how stylish they are too. Don't hesitate.I also bought these used from Amazon warehouse, they looked brand new with the sticker on the lense. Perfect condition, again if you find used cheaper give it a chance, most likely they're Like new condition.

Smith doesn't scratch like Maui Jim. Smith is far better quality and feel. Tossin my Maui's for good

Awesome glasses! The xl fits me perfectly compared to other smiths I’ve tried. The chromopop brown lens even does well in lower light situation (fog, snow, etc.). I only gave 4 stars because the description states these glasses come with a case, and I only received a microfiber bag :(

I love my Smith sunglasses I just wish I could have got the same pair as I did several years ago

These are pretty nice glasses. Not really sure why there’s such a price difference between color options and lense options, I bought a cheap pair for the frame then bought new higher quality lenses for less elsewhere. The frames themselves are nice though, I’m on my third pair (breaking frames due to extreme abuse) and I’m more than happy with how long they last

This is my second pair of Smith sunglasses. I like the Outlier 2 better than the original because the frames don;t look or feel as large but are still very comfortable and provide great coverage. The lenses on this particular pair are an amber/grey tint with a blue mirror, non-polarized. If polarized lenses are uncomfortable for your eyes, these a great alternative!

Second pair of Outliers. I went with the shiny tortoise and black chromapop lenses and so far so good. Delivery was quick but was surprised to find no case, just glasses in a pouch in a box. At this price point you'd think they could throw in a case. Won't deter me from buying more Smith glasses though.

I love Smith Optics, plus they stand behind there products. These have the ChromaPop, which is the best. It makes everything crisp! The quality and fit for my wider than normal head is great. I have a big head and these babies don't squeeze it and leave a mark like mist shades do.

After researching, I found out that SMITH sunglasses are made in ITALY!.. Not these onesWish amazon would have made that clear in the description. I would have never bought them if I knew I am paying this much for a pair of sunglasses made in China... returning right away

son mis lentes favoritos. el lente es estupendo, el armazón es bellisimo, pero las gomas de las patitas se expanden y no regresan a su forma original, por lo que hay que desprenderlas. A mi no me molesta muchollevarlos así, pero hace que el articulo no este completo. y se supone que el armazón debe tener garantía de por vida, pero no he recibido respuesta de SmithOptics

So I love these glasses. The polarization is good but doesn’t seem too strong. Nice shading and they stay on my head.They get 5/5 stars from me.My problem was with delivery. The item listing clearly states the sunglasses come with a hard case... a large part of why I bought them.After 3 deliveries without the hard case, multiple promises of the next delivery including the hard case and about a month of messing around I finally got fed up and worked out a deal for amazon to compensate me for the missing hard case and called it a day.Too bad we can’t rate the product and amazons performance separately.

Cromapop in NO joke, these things are unreal. I have bought these to replace my spy rockys with happy lenses and this cromapop blows them out of the water.Amazing sunglasses I will be buying these again and again.

Pretty decent glasses, I would say for XL glasses they have a weird pinch at the temple. So while the frame etc is appropriate for big heads, just be aware that it's likely going to pinch your melon a bit regardless.
