It’s a bit flimsy and leaves rubber on my belly.It can also use another zipper as it’s a bit loose.But I will wear it anyway. It would not be my first choice on replacement. I was surprised by the flimsiness given it has the Everlast name.

This is the second time I have purchased the slimmer waiste trainer. Both times within 2 months the product fell apart. I was hoping the first was a defect. Second one wasn't any better. I expected a much better product from a name like Everlast. Sad the window closed before I could return it 👎🏼

Great for lower back pain and losing water weight in the abdomen.
I have several herniated leaking discs in my back with the worst one being L5-S1. I am in pain daily and refuse to take pain medications. Whenever I wear this belt it takes my back pain from a 6/7 to a 2/3. Its also great for losing water weight specifically in the abdomen if thats what your looking for if your already low enough bf % this will help. A lot of people gave low stars complaining of broken zippers and the such but I have had this for months and done a lot of working out with this on including competitive shooting and I haven't had one issue. If you are impatient with the zipper or too big for the model then yeah it'll break. I got the lower sized model and am at the tightest zipper and I haven't had one issue.
