I wanted a laptop that was perfect for the kind of gaming I do, And this one has went above and beyond my expectations. I have had this laptop for a few months now, And have no complaints. The finger print scanner on it is really cool, And allows me to access my computer more quickly instead of typing in a password. This laptop is also quiet, And I find my games load alot faster then my friends (Who are using PC's). This was well worth the price, And highly recommend this laptop for anyone who wants to have a gaming laptop that can also work as an office laptop.

arrived faster than predicted, great condition, great price. i chose this computer because i live in cartagena in year round humidity and hot climate.. my macs just die. i’m hoping the cooling system in this should mean greater longevity.. so far so good.

I bought this computer a year ago, and initially, it worked fine. Recently, though, it started a weird cycle of getting frozen, giving the "Windows ran into a problem; needs to restart" blue screen, and restarts. It has done this a total of three times over the course of 24 hours. Also, I need to reset the fingerprint sensor each time this happens.Out of curiosity, I decided to open up the device with a screwdriver. Sure enough, there is NO RAM INSIDE THE SLOT OF THIS COMPUTER. I compared this to several images and videos; there is NO RAM in this machine. But, it has a NVIDIA graphics card (which I assume allowed it to work for so long).UPDATE: Yep; this board was DEFINITELY tampered with before I opened it up. While there is SOMETHING on the other side of the board, it is NOT in working condition (or at least, workABLE condition), and looks like it's going to die very soon. Don't have a pic of that side (yet), but still working on putting this thing back together...While I know it is well past the return period, I am requesting that a partial - or full - refund be issued for essentially SCAMMING ME OUT OF $1,000. Not cool...

Great seller, will buy from him again. Rapid response to enquiry about international shipping.I have used the ROG for 45 days now and it just shine on anything. Heavy gaming, multiple apps, video/photos. A bit heavier than my older 14 inches but ok trade-off for a gaming beast.Added 8GB ram from crucial and it just flies. Not so hard to open up but check youtube (1 corner screw doesn't come off from lid by design).Ryzen boot up around 10-12s. What else can you need?

I'll talk just about the flaws, because the product itself was exactly what i was expecting in terms of hardware, uses, features etc... (also because thats what people its looking for in the reviews)Overall, it is fine for a used product, but the fact that it was already used is slightly more noticeable than expected.The original box was dirty and slightly damaged, and the laptop came a little bit dirty too so I had to clean it right after I opened the box. The mayor complain is a small brighter dot on the screen where the light kind of leaking a bit, but it is almost invisible during regular use.Also if you are buying the "Moonlight White" model, bad for you, it is the regular "Eclipse Gray" instead, it is just incorrect description in the page but, amazon might change it. If you are interested in one of these please check the asus model id so you can see exactly what you are purchasing before getting a bad surprise.I'll give it a 4/5 because even if the product is "Used - Like new", it doesn't have a more detailed description of the use time it already have, or what could be the flaws of the product you are buying.Thats it for my little review, thank you for reading and have a good one!

Latop was not functional when I recived it. They battery was not charging and laptop would instantly die off power. I am currently filing for a replacement, if it goes through I would update my rating*Refund Received* The seller did not give me a replacement, but did refund my purchase which I am content with.

We got for son so he could build games for his oculus, one thing I liked about this computer was the lack of camera. It means I have compleat control on people being able to see in on my child. Love it.

This one is 100% worth the buy. I have had it for a couple days and I absolutely love it!!!I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a laptop with a great form factor at a reasonable price. Kudos to the seller!!!
